Backing onto the stunning Kalang river with its emerald green waters and views across the farm land to the Dorrigo mountain range and Old Man Dreaming. With private jetty for river access, enjoy a swim, kayak, SUP or to tie your boat to. Easy 1.2km walk into the town of Urunga and it's beautiful boardwalk. The house has a comfortable easy coastal living style. With a view often comes a steep block of land, as is the case here. If you have mobility issues this property could prove difficult.

Set in behind the sand dunes of Sawtell's main beach and 5 min walk to the main street. This unique house has a private entry to the beach from the back courtyard . The ground floor has 2 x bedrooms , 1 x bathroom , kitchen, lounge/dining room and laundry. Level 1 has 1 x bedroom , 1 x bathroom, large open room with a fold out queen sofa bed and access to the patio. The courtyard has an outdoor shower, BBQ and out door dining setting. On site parking is available with free street parking also.

Private fully equipped cottage, seperate private driveway & double carport, private entrance. We live on the property but unless guest need us their stay will be totally private Bonville International Golf club 3 minute drive, 10 minute drive away from Sawtell where you can have dinner in the beautiful Main Street, 10 minute drive to Mylestom to have a picnic by the river, 10 minute drive to Coffs Harbour Airport, 12 minute drive to Coffs Harbour city centre, 15 minute drive to Bellingen

A delightful river front house in seaside Urunga.

Everyone loves staying at our comfortable and stylish house, Januce, on the river. Januce is the perfect place to holiday or work from home. Private, with a huge deck looking over the river, comfortable, fast broadband, Netflix, leather couches, comfy beds, air-con, books, games, barb q, full kitchen. Januce is about relaxing. Fishing from the yard, reading a book on the deck, a glass of wine, walks, beaches, drives in the country, canoeing, visiting local places. Come and spoil yourself.

Set in an established garden the cottage has a private entrance with key pad entry, high ceilings, air-conditioning and bi-fold doors leading onto a leafy deck area. Our house perfectly positioned across the street from the beautiful Bonville Creek and a short peaceful walk from the Bongil Bongil Natational Park. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming, bike riding and bush walking, all within metres of the front door. Plus we are located an easy 2 minute drive into the Fig tree lined main street of Sawtell, with cafe's, boutique shopping and beaches.
