This was a great place to stay for Mom's weekend at Mizzou. It is close to campus and downtown. Everything was clean and tidy. We plan to stay again next time we are in town.

We had a great stay at Erica’s house! The house was very spacious and had everything we could need, and the common areas were perfect for hanging out. We also really enjoyed how close it was to downtown! I would definitely recommend this home for a stay in Columbia!

A nice secluded home with plenty of space for a group or family gathering. A group of 10 came in for the Mizzou game and everyone was able to have their own space, and there was ample space to gather and hang out as well. It's a bit south of town, but its a short drive to get anywhere.

We had an amazing stay at Ed and Yang’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was absolutely beautiful—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail was taken care of, from the cozy furnishings to the well-stocked amenities. The location was perfect, and the peaceful atmosphere made it even better. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better stay. Peaceful perfection. Spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Had everything we needed for an memorable family stay. Kirsten was a tremendous host and very responsive. She went above and beyond to answer our questions and ensure we enjoyed our stay. We felt welcome and at home. It was a joy to share her home and we plan to return.

Great location on the grounds of a winery. Stellar deck overlooking the MO river. Conveniently located close to CoMo but far enough away to feel like you are also getting away! Love it and will be back!

We would certainly stay here again. Cara was a very attentive host, the home was spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. I would highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future when visiting our daughter!

Kimberly’s home was wonderful and an amazing place to stay will definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Loved all her dogs and animals hot tub was perfect and jet tub in the bathroom felt amazing after a long day. Kimberly helped and kept communication in case we needed anything. Evolve the people running this listing need more people skills asked some questions and they couldn’t answer.

Funky little spot right in the middle of downtown. I always like staying downtown when I’m in Columbia for board meetings at Mizzou, keeps me from having to rent a car and I can walk everywhere. I was thrilled to find this space right in the middle of everything. Only thing I will say is that if you have ambulatory issues, there are a few steps to get into the apartment.
