Had a great stay! The location is perfect—just a 7-minute walk from the Colosseum and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making everything easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en la cuadra hay un súper abierto 24 hrs. Está a 1 cuadra del coliseo y se ve el mismo desde todos los ambientes. La comunicación fue fluida y tanto el ingreso como el egreso rápido y sin inconvenientes. El anfitrión dejó una carpeta con información sobre lugares para comer, mapas, etc. El puntaje no es perfecto porque el sillón cama del 2do cuarto es muy incómodo, queda sobre el piso (lo q complica levantarse) y es súper duro y las maderas se sienten en la espalda, este punto se repite en varios comentarios y lo comprobamos. Tal vez necesita un poco de inversión en los baños, es incómoda la ducha del baño principal porque se moja todo al no tener ninguna cortina o protección.

We are just back from our lovely holiday in Rome where we stayed at Filomena's place. The house was great with all that you require for a comfortable stay. It was clean, nicely furnished and felt right at home. Filomena was very helpful with any questions, local recommendations for places to eat and were very responsive as well. Overall an amazing stay and would recommend Filomena's place to anybody looking for an accommodation in Rome.

Location fantastic. Next to tram and trendy delicious restaurants. Building is super high tech with security guard access. Balcony has fantastic view. Perfection. Overnight evening parking easy and free. Sundays amazing flea market at your doorstep! 💎❤️

Nous avons conversé avec le service de conciergerie Simonetta et Silvia qui ont été très réactives et ponctuelles. Nous avons eu un Check in avancé en raison de notre vol, Le ménage était en cours et nous avons été rassurées. Pour 5 participants l L’appartement est parfait, une chambre, chacune avec une literie très confortable. Il manque un peu de lumière naturelle parce que c’est un rez-de-chaussée. Il y a deux serviettes par convives une paire de chaussons gracieusement offerte. Un dépôt de bagages est aussi à côté des appartements, bien pratique. The place was extremely nice, with open spaces, natural light and an amazing terrace. Located in a peaceful and beautiful corner in Trastevere, it is the perfect place to relax after exploring Rome. We will definitely come back.

Hi, I had a wonderful stay at the studio. It was an excellent base to explore Rome. Very walkable and access to many buses. Close to the Piazza Novona, River Tiber and lovely walk along the river to the Vatican. The studio was comfortable, very clean and had all I needed for my stay. A washing machine was a bonus. Clear instructions and information, while Manuela was a a great host. Manuela was friendly, helpful and ready to provide assistance if needed. Over all a great host and recommended accommodation. We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Logement très propre et bien situé à proximité des lignes de bus et du métro pour rejoindre les principaux monuments de Rome. Le logement est tout proche d’une gare de train qui permet de venir directement depuis l’aéroport en 40 minutes. Quelques adresses restaurants et glaciers très bonnes dans le quartier. Vraiment très bon hôte. Hyper réactif et pro actif pour s’assurer que tout se passe bien.

Tutto perfetto! Appartamento pulito e spazioso, in pieno centro perfetto per muoversi a piedi. Un po’ scomode le scale per salire (secondo piano senza ascensore) ma per qualche giorno si possono fare. Francesco è stato sempre molto reattivo, disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze (ci serviva un lettino per la nostra bimba). Consigliatissimo!

We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

L’appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, estremamente pulito e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Silenzioso ma vicino al mare, da poter raggiungere a piedi . L’host ha un rapido tempo di risposta ed inoltre è stato flessibile con il check in.

Assolutamente consigliato! Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, composto da 3 camere da letto, bagno, cucina e ampio salotto. Gli arredi sono nuovi e ricercati, in condizioni perfette. L'appartamento è davvero molto grande e comodo, con tutti i comfort del caso. L'ingresso è autonomo, quindi si ha tutta la privacy del caso. Mi è piaciuto molto soggiornare qui. E' un ottimo punto di partenza da cui partire per esplorare i dintorni, come la costa dei Trabocchi o Campo Imperatore. Silvia e gli altri sono stati molto carini e sempre disponibili.

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.
