What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

We really enjoyed our stay in Lancaster. We could easily walk into the town centre in a few minutes and it was close to the station for our friends travelling by train. The house was very comfortable and roomy. Tom the host was very responsive to our queries. The area was quite and although there was no designated parking, we found it easy to park on the street and were provided with permits. It was a great base for us to attend a friend's party and explore the local area. Compared to staying in a B&B or hotel it was great value and gave us our own space to relax.

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

Absolutely loved our stay, this Airbnb was the perfect place to spend the night before our best mate’s wedding. The interior was stunning, modern but with such a warm, homely feel that made us all feel completely at ease. It was spacious, beautifully put together, and just felt right. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to share laughs, calm nerves, and send off our mate in style. If we could give 6 stars, we’d give 7.

Really nice modern 4 bed detached. Excellent location for football ground and local train station. Clean, spacious and all mod cons.

Great little flat, with lots of charecter. Easy to find and park. Loved the shop idea, we were eating buffet at a party later that night so did not want a big tea, we thought lets get settled at the flat then nip for food, well we did not have to as Alison had supplied us with lots of freebies plus a well stocked freezer and cupboard with food to buy, a little shop in the flat, amazing idea. Will Definitely stay again

Perfect for our weekend. The accommodation was perfect, in fact we were taken back with how there cupboards were full off useful things…. Condiments, sauces, toiletries and that’s just a few I can mention. Appreciated the milk, bread, butter, nice gesture and makes a difference to some places who don’t offer that. Host also helped us out when our car broke down whilst we were there and went above and beyond to help sort it out for us. Overall the place was lovely, more than I actually expected, clean, tidy and perfect. Would definitely stay again if ever visiting Wigan. Thank you

We stayed here for 2 nights for a knitting/crocheting/girly chill out! And it was just perfect! Sat on the comfy sofa with the most picturesque views - and thoroughly relaxed. Plenty on the doorstep for places to eat and strolls to take. I fully recommend it and want to return again!

We had a lovely 3 night stay here and we would recommend to anyone visiting Sale or Manchester. Rachel is a great host, we had everything we needed in the apartment. To get to central Manchester was very easy using the tram. Would definitely return when we come back to Manchester.

Andrew was an exceptional host! The place was even more spacious and cozy than the photos suggested, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Andrew went above and beyond—he kindly added a full-length mirror to one of the bedrooms just for our stay (which was perfect for getting ready for a family wedding), and he even managed to arrange an extra parking pass for us. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches—he provided cereal, water, milk, tea, biscuits, and croissants. It was a truly lovely and comfortable stay. I’d absolutely book here again. Family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids) just got back from 2 nights at Tom's simply stunning apartment. The photos don't quite do it justice for it's size with fantastic views, luxury touches & sun terrace with views of the front/sea. Tom was fantastic throughout our stay, arranged our luggage to be able to get dropped at Briggs early & messaged to give us a well received late check out!! We spent our time visiting the lake district, morcambe sea front & happy mount park. We ate in the cafe downstairs (Ritas) the market & ordered takeaways in the evening sitting around the well appointed dining table/island. Evenings spent relaxing on the HUGE comfortable sofas watch a movie on the HUGE tv. Have to say: the beds were so comfortable, the apartment so quiet in the evening we had the best night's sleep. Thankyou Tom & Tina .... your Airbnb in stunning & we will definitely return in the future.

We stayed for one night while visiting family and what a great find this is. It’s a great location in the middle of town, super easy to get to and beautifully presented. The apartment was spotless and filled with really thoughtful and personal touches which made us feel so welcome! I thoroughly recommend this as a place to stay.

What a gem of a place! We just needed a place to stay before an event at RSBP Leighton Moss (10min v. scenic drive) that required an early morning. Located right in the middle of Carnforth - about 5-10min walk from train station - and round corner from supermarket. Parking is on-street, we managed to get a space but could see some potential issues (nothing the owners can do - just modern life). We were so impressed with this little place, can't believe how much useful stuff the owners managed to get into the property without it feeling cluttered - microwave (with useful microwavable containers), kettle/toaster, an airfryer(!), fridge, coffee machine and more. And not to mention the "care package" - cereals and breakfast items, milk and OJ, tinned goods, sweet treats, crisps and fruit, plus the usual tea, coffee etc., and every type of toiletries you could ask for. Bed was really comfy, and the bathroom was spacious and clean with a lovely walk-in shower. Would stay again if in the area

This was our second time staying here and once again felt straight at home as soon as we walked in. We chose this place again because we loved it and it definitely didn’t disappoint.

We were only staying for one night to attend a family celebration. Communication with Roy was easy from the start. The property was great for a mixed group of 6 adults, 1 nine months old baby and a dog. It was warm, clean and roomy. Thank you very much.
