Villa Hav & Hygge is a modern house located in the charming Österlen "the Swedish Provence". This is a place where loved ones come to spend time together, away from demands and daily stress, enjoying each others company. The name of the house “Hav & Hygge”, refers to the peacefulness and quiet of a beach house near the ocean, where the sound of the gentle lapping of waves creating a sense of calm.

Modern cottage in a quiet forested area, only 100 m from the beach with its characteristic fine white sand. Child friendly (100 m to the nearest road, and virtually zero traffic). Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the larger one on the right. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a large sleeping loft with headroom for adults to stand. Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.

Annexet har sex bäddar (två i bäddsoffa), modernt kök med kyl, frys, diskmaskin, kaffeapparat och brödrost. I badrummet finns dusch, tvätt-maskin och torktumlare. Ni parkerar precis utanför. Charmigt hus i Kåseberga

Fantastiskt boende i hjärtat av Kåseberga. Detta huset är ursprungligen den gamla brandstationen som tidigare fanns i byn, men har sedan varsamt renoverats och behållit sin charm med de råa stenväggarna, takbjälkar och vackra stengolv. En kort promenad tar dig ner till det charmiga gamla fiskeläget i hamnen. Här finns rökeri, restauranger, butiker, café och glasskiosk. Er zijn drie slaapkamers met elk twee bedden en een gezellige slaapzolder met ladder. Een grote woonkamer in open plan met keuken en een ruime badkamer maakt de accommodatie zowel praktisch als comfortabel.
