Great apartment for a family to live in and very clean

I want to give 5 stars to the owner for his hospitality. Everything was great.We stayed at the hotel for a week. The owner tried to do everything to make us comfortable staying in his hotel.

Hasan was very helpful with directions to places I was going. The place is in a hotel. It was warm with the heater on cool nights. I did not cook but there’s an electric portable stove. The elevator doesn’t go all the way up to my floor but I love taking stairs and walking as my exercise. Shower had hot water. Place is close to center and many places to shop and eat. Close to Taxsim square, bus station and metro.

We stayed at this lovely Airbnb in Bebek as a group of 3 adults, 1 child, and 1 toddler—and it was perfect for us. The location is superb, just a short stroll to Bebek Parkı, which the kids absolutely loved. The apartment itself is spacious, with very comfortable beds, making it ideal for families. The team was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with, providing everything we needed, including a baby cot and baby seat, which made traveling with little ones so much easier. A special thanks to Beril Hanım from VNG Property, who recommended this place based on our preferences—it was exactly what we were looking for. We felt truly welcomed and cared for. Big thanks to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable—we will definitely be back!

Hasan's employee was available day and night (probably he doesn't rest at all), and was very helpful. The beds are hard, which is good for some people but not for everyone. Really close to the metro station and buses, really easy to get there from the airport, just one havabus.

First, I must say Hasan truly makes the stay hospitable and welcoming. He provided me with suggestions and tips on restaurants, transportation, site-seeing and even booked a dinner cruise for me at a cheaper price than advertised on the flyer. Always available to assist as necessary. Very grateful to him. I felt the room was of smaller size, and on rushing to book, I did not pay much attention to the pictures which do not really give an idea of the room dimensions. Traveling with 3 large luggage and 2 carry-on left little space in the room. I think this space is ideal for single luggage, single carry-on travelers. It is more of a room with a queen bed, a sofa, with kitchen amenities than a suite in my opinion. The bathroom is a little dated but the entire unit is clean. Just providing some clarity here, and not being critical or dismissive of the property. The location is generally quiet at night and accessible to restaurants and public transportation. It is very much a touristy area, with businesses in the area geared at tourists. There is quite some cultural diversity in the area which is welcoming.

Honestly, it was one of the best experiences of the whole trip. The apartment was very clean and had a beautiful view. You have everything you need in the building, from supermarkets to hairdressers, pharmacies, and delicious restaurants. The tenant was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this flat!

As described in the listing and pictures, minimalist furnishing making it suitable for families with toddlers. The VNG team is responsive and friendly. Overall happy with our stay.
