There is a public boat launch within 1 min drive and dock at the house to tie boats off. 3 Fishing poles will be available for guest to use on the dock. The lake is excellent for Largemouth bass, Blue catfish, Freshwater drum, Channel catfish, Flathead catfish, Black crappie, White crappie and others. Fire pit in back yard along with grill to BBQ!

Near restaurants and shopping, but with a back patio area that makes you feel like you’re staying in a rural area on a series of ponds. The home has a backup generator so you never have to worry about power going out during your stay. One of the bedrooms was converted into an office/work space, but also has a couch for a child or teen that needs a place to sleep. No parties!
