Prospect basement apartment

Convenient to the beauty of Mountains. The basement has a kingsize bed, 2 queen size bed, and a small den. It is suitable for the young, working groups and sporting groups who appreciate the privacy of a large quiet space. Unfortunately is not appropriate for children under 12 or people with more than moderate allergies. The toilet and sink are on the first floor and shower are on the second floor. I say this as many are surprised it is a " basement Apartment and is non-refundable.

This second story room within a brand new home has a gorgeous view. You will feel peaceful and relaxed within the quiet of the home. Enjoy your private bath, and our lovely kitchen, front deck, laundry room, dining room and family room. The bedspread may look different than pictures. Because we watch ALL linen each time a guest visits, some comforters have been worn out. You have three adults on the 28 acres here. At least one will be available to help at all times!

Located on a country road dotted with lots of old farmhouses. Your hosts are here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Walk back in time when you enter this home built in 1881. The old charm remains, but renovations have made the home very comfortable. You will have your choice of 1 of two rooms which are located in a private wing you will have all to yourself. The property is on 10 acres available for you to wander.
