We thank the host's for caring so much to provide the beautiful home with all the amenities. (Sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, pots pans, dishes etc.) Everything was super clean, spacious, and perfectly managed. My entire family was able to stay in the home without walking on top of each other. This great house and experience made the reason our family was there a lot better. We were there to put our parents to their final resting place. Thank you for being a positive experience in this difficult time. We definitely recommend this Airbnb.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was very nice, clean, comfortable and well-furnished, and the location was peaceful and pretty. The mornings we were there we enjoyed outside on the property, and then we explored the area throughout the day. Tamara, the host, was friendly and very responsive. My wife had stayed there before and I’m sure we’ll be back again.

They were amazing to work with. Had to find a place on short notice. They were great! Too our last minute reservation and gave us recommendations for the local area even with weather conditions not being the greatest!

I stayed at Kent’s place for the three-day hiking trip. His is superlative! A huge kitchen with Bosch Thermador cooktop, free breakfast items, plush bath towels, very quiet and beautiful surroundings, etc. So far, this is my best Airbnb stay in the U.S. Thank you very much.

What an amazing place. This is a gem. Tucked in the mountains next to a mountain stream. The location is tranquil, but still close to the main road that will take you to the cute town of Bedford in one direction and is only 5 miles the other direction to the Peaks of Otter and Blue Ridge Parkway. Can't say enough about the cabin and its location. A true 5/5.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. The home, the property, the hosts—everything was exceptional! The house is far enough from town to feel like a private retreat but not so far that it ever feels isolated. And the hosts live down the road so anything you need, just ask. The drive to reach the property is a scenic ride through rolling hills, open pastures, and wandering streams. But the real magic is the property itself—a gorgeous 1917 farmhouse nestled on 700 acres of farmland. The home—nicknamed The Old Red Inn—has been beautifully preserved and thoughtfully updated with modern conveniences. The whole home is tastefully decorated with country charm and whimsy, each room beaming with personality that echoes a bygone era. We spent mornings enjoying our coffee while watching baby cows play in the nearby field. In the evenings, we had dinner on the spacious deck or just sat outside taking in all our surroundings. We can’t wait to stay again! Th gem is not to be missed!

Had a lovely time staying here. It has all the amenities I could want including laundry. Bobby was very quick to respond.

Such a wonderful weekend, so peaceful- and the scenery is breathtaking. The house itself felt just like home- well, if home was completely devoid of chaos. My friends and I were so lucky to have such a cozy place to create memories and enjoy nature.
