Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

The space includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, a kitchenette and a living area with a sofa that converts into a queen bed, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. Enjoy a small coffee bar, washer/dryer, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. We are only 6.2 miles from UWG and 6.1 miles from South Wire Company.

The suite is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance and studio-style layout with no shared indoor spaces. It includes a king-size bed, sofa, private bathroom, kitchenette, standing desk, reading nook, and a TV with Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. The suite is pet-friendly and perfect for travelers, couples, or small groups.
