Maravilloso local ,una organización en todo al detalle , la vista muy Habanera en general me encantó el servicio. Les cuento de Raquel una señora muy preocupada por todo , y nos preparó unos desayunos de primera . 🥇 bueno yo me e quedado muy satisfecha al igual que mi esposo. Kenia is a fantastic hostess! We loved the home! It is simply gorgeous! I want to move there ! The decor is amazing, just so cool. The location is perfect ! Steps away from the square and fun dancing and eating ! This is the best place to stay in Old Havana and the price is amazing ! Love love love everything about it !

Это действительно частная квартира с отдельным входом, Сильвия живет далеко, но при возникновении сложностей готова очень быстро приехать и все решить. Отличная частная квартира с 2 отдельными комнатами с собственными ванными комнатами, каждая комната изнутри закрывается. В комнатах кровати, вешалки для одежды и кондиционер. Есть телевизор (правда, не знаю, зачем он туристам), холодильник и куча техники на кухне, включая электрический чайник и микроволновую печь. Есть много посуды, плита для готовки. Квартира на 4 этаже без лифта, это несколько напрягает, но не критично, учитывая расположение в 30 метрах от Флоридиты и прямо в Старой Гаване (рядом Центральный парк, улица Сан-Рафаэль и Прадо). Сразу же выдают 2 комплекта ключей, это очень удобно. Из больших минусов - отсутствие шторок в ванных комнатах, после помывки весь пол, унитаз и раковина в воде, приходится вытирать имеющимися полотенцами, это прямо очень неудобно. В целом, рекомендую, но Сильвии желательно повесить шторки.

Nous avons très bien été accueilli par Sadir. Malgré la barrière de la langue nous avons pu échangé correctement avec Sadir grâce au traducteur. Cela a permis à Sadir de nous conseiller sur les activités à faire dans La Havane. De plus Sadir est très réactif via Message WhAp. L’appartement en lui même est très bien placé pour faire des activités à pied et il nous a été remis dans un super état. Très bien équipé également, il nous a permis de passer un bon séjour.

Fue extraordinaria la estadía, la ubicación de apartamento fue ideal para nuestro propósito de conocer todos los días diferentes destinos caminando. Totalmente recomendadísimo.

Julian hat uns in einer schwierigen Zeit ganz toll geholfen und uns mit seiner Fröhlichkeit und seinem super leckeren Essen bei Laune gehalten. Und der Pool machte die Entspannung komplett. DANKE DANKE DANKE!!

Nós sentimos em casa, muito bem acolhidos.

Recomiendo este alojamiento, Mirian y Fernando son personas muy cercanas y amigables, desde que llegas te sientes como en casa, son muy cercanos y a la vez te dejan tu espacio, la habitación que ocupé es independiente y muy tranquila, estaba limpia y con todo lo necesario, muy cerca del aeropuerto. Es la segunda vez que los visito y dejando volver, un saludo.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολυ όμορφο και άψογα διακοσμημένο! Είναι ευρύχωρο, κι έχει ότι χρειάζεσαι για να περάσεις κάποιες μέρες στο κέντρο της Αβάνας. Η Κάρεν ηταν άψογη οικοδεσπότης και πολύ εξυπηρετική! Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα

Great airbnb! I am in Cuba for the 2nd time and old Airbnb's that I've had can't compare to this one. Also easy to order taxi - just say "Prado y Colon" ;) Pretty central location. Sheets were spotless and smelled really well. Good higiene! Bathrooms with windows and quite comfortable too. Obispo street is 2 mins away on foot. I recommend and would even return. Tip for newcomers: Always get host's Whatsap in advance and get good tips for around town. Enma and Olga were very friendly hosts! Thanks ^_^ NB: Just the steps ;) Too hard to climb after 2-3 Bucanero's! hehe :)

my first visit to Havana. what a fantastic experience with my host Tania and her husband Giuseppe. The welcome and one to one treatment was amazing. so much travel advise. my classic car airport transfer went like clockwork. There was almost communication a I needed advice. I was introduced to the neighbourhood and everyone made me feel welcome, dispite my lack of Spanish! I will be back.

All good, lovely Apartment in the center on Havana. We stayed there for almost two weeks and it was perfect. Highly recommend

The place for me was a refuge. I slept in the bedroom upstairs which I loved with a wall of glass bricks. I found it better than the fotos show. there was plenty of light with 2 louvered doors opening on to a wrap around balcony. I also, being a single older woman, found it to be safe. In addition to the 2 level place, Adelberto and Maribel were intelligent, funny and mui simpatico. I would recommend this apartment to everyone and anyone. it is in the heart of Central Havana within walking to both the Hotel Nacional and Havana Vieja. as well the Melicon is very close as expressed in the fotos. ...highly recommended by me. Shopping for groceries is all around the area.
