Unlimited high speed internet. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Basic toiletries and laundry supplies provided. Absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING on premises. 4 min drive to Danville, 45 to Lex, 30 to Amish, 10 to Centre College. The NIGHLTY rate is for 4 people. It will change w/ 5-7 people.

Located 4 miles to Wilderness Trail Distillery and 14 miles to Shaker Village. Grant Place is spacious and fully furnished with a well-stocked kitchen. Home on the Dix River country living at its finest

Bring your family and unwind at this newer stunning river house out in the country! This home has plenty of stuff to do both inside and out. And has a nice country privacy feel on little over 2 acres. Located around 20 mins from downtown Lancaster. And is located close to several distilleries & historical places. The house is equipped with a movie theater room, hot tub, Bourbon bar, gym, and plenty of river views. These are just some of the things that make this home truly one of a kind.

Midcentury farm house located on the Danville/Stanford city line. Easy commute to Danville. Spacious farm house with great outdoor space and large living areas. The property overlooks several farms including Spring HIll 1850 Farm. On the Bourbon Trail; ithe house is ten minutes from Center College, five minutes from the Danville, KY private airport, 50 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park and Keeneland. House is 20 minutes from Cedar Creek Lake and 20 minutes from Harrington Lake.

This whole house rental is comprised of two apartments on the same property occupying the entire house. You will have exclusive use of the entire property including the outdoor amenities which are a private hot tub area, Firepit, and barbecue pellet grill. There aims a nicely appointed front porch and on the second floor another nice porch around back. Separate entrances for each apartment in the rear of the property with plenty of off street parking for several vehicles.

2 Bedroom Home in Junction City

This home belongs to my parents. They travel frequently and are not always on the property. They have separate living quarters in the rear of the home that is separated from the rental space. There is no shared spaces in the home with them. Upon retirement, they decided to open up part of their home to assist in their quest to travel more. We hope that you enjoy the quiet neighborhood and the simple home they have lived in for many years.
