This was our second visit and still love it and will be booking again as we can’t seem to stay away from the beautiful region and wonderful relaxing accommodation, thank you again for hosting us.

Just spent 5 nights at Mangrove Manor and it was amazing. After spending a long day on the water it was great to come back to the comforts of such a lovely house, exactly as it appears in the photos. The check in-out was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions and excellant communication from the hosts. Can't wait to stay there again.

This tiny home is exactly what you need if you want to get away, be involved in the tiny home experience, have a little camp fire with a red wine and cold beer! Maybe even turn off socials for a day or two. It is so cosy and easy to find with directions. Situation in the perfect distance from the now busy little surf town with hidden treasures right at your nose. The beautiful collie will say hello and he is such a good boy, the sound of birds and wind blowing through the bush is soothing! I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Also shower pressure is to die for!

Allison was easy to communicate with and very responsive. This was a fishing trip and the boat ramp was easy access. The house was exactly as described. The wi-fi was great, with a smart TV so we could enjoy our favourite shows after a hard day on the water. Would thoroughly recommend

This property was a great choice for our family holiday, offering an amazing view from the deck and convenient short walk to the beach. We had an amazing time visiting Agnes Water and couldn't have asked for a better location.

Beth-Al There are so many reasons why this little house on top of this mountain on the outskirts of Gladstone is up there with the best air bnb experiences I’ve ever had-and I’ve had a plenty! If you want seclusion and “real peace & quiet. If you want to see the most amazing and truly breathtaking views. If you want welcoming, kind & generous hosts that are more than happy to be of assistance yet far enough away to feel like you’re all on your own. If you want a fantastic home base to the islands & other adventurers this is an excellent choice- you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere with the connivence of Woolworths and a small but well equipped shopping center an easy 8min drive away. If you enjoy walking- the driveway certainly provides an amazing workout. Our experience has been life changing beyond what can be written in a review. Absolutely divine. Melissa and Bart’s special Tiny Home already seemed idyllic on the AirBnB listing; but seeing and experiencing it in person is divine. Melissa and Bart have thought of every small touch and then more. The place is cosy, comfortable, beautiful and peaceful. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay on our road trip when we needed some rest; and it has been one of my favourite bookings. This is a place not to be missed if you’re heading to the area. Additionally, Melissa was an incredibly kind and generous host. We had a little hiccup during our stay - Melissa was immediately responsive and went above and beyond to help. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay. We hope to be back one day.

This place is exquisite!! The location was so peaceful and quiet yet also close to everything you could need, coffee, cake, dining, beach! The unit is also equiped with all the essentials and more. It was pristinely clean and smelt divine. There has been a lot of love and care put into this little unit and it shows. Such a wonderful stay, great hosts. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your part of paradise!

Great place to stay. Close to beach & shops, clean & well equipped. Quite ‘quirky’ & plenty of extras particularly for kids.
