This was our second stay - such a special house situated in a perfect spot. We just love the feel of the place and it’s hard to beat the view and peacefulness of the location. Don’t miss the walk down to the beach (our kids and dog can manage the last little climb down with the rope), or sitting in the hot tub in the morning and evening. Easy drive to Mendocino and other spots as well.

Stunning property with ocean views from the living room. This classic Sea Ranch architecture is beautifully complemented by tasteful decor and a well-stocked kitchen. We truly felt at home and had a wonderful time. Willa and Craig were fantastic hosts—providing clear directions, helpful local tips, and being readily available if we needed anything. We’d love to return!

We enjoyed staying at the cabin in Mendocino. The place stayed cozy and warm when it was cold outside. Veronica was a great host.

Denise is a fantastic host. Not only is the place gorgeous and accessible, but the amenities are top notch. She's very responsive and accommodating to any of our requests. We celebrated our one year anniversary here after having a great time last year and this could very well be an annual thing, it's very special to us. Hands down, must stay. We had a wonderful & relaxing stay. Great view of the ocean, quiet neighborhood and convenient location if you needed to go to Mendocino or Fort Bragg. The home was roomy, comfortable and exactly as listing pictures showed. We enjoyed seeing the deer walking by each day. Neighborhood was perfect for going on walks & exploring the area. The fire pit was a nice addition. The only recommendations I have: (1) the Jack & Jill shower has a very slippery floor and needs some anti-slip strips added. (2) no extra garbage bags were provided other than the one that was in the kitchen garbage can. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice and convenient to Harbin Hot springs. close to grocery and a few restaurants. Nice country area with great view of mountains and horses. Peaceful except for a bit of road noise, but it wasn't too bothersome. We would have appreciated some better quality bathroom towels, washcloths, more dishtowels etc. Jakob responded right away to questions about heater and lack of washcloths. He brought some wash cloths over with an hour. overall, very nice stay. Would recommend this place as good value.

The reviews say it all - this is a 5 star Airbnb perfect for rest and relaxation. John greeted us and was very friendly and responsive. The gardens are beautiful and we were lucky enough to get a clear sky at night which was incredible. The Airbnb is a short drive to the centre of Fort Bragg and around a 15 minute drive to Mendocino both of which are lovely seaside towns to wander around. I also booked in with Paul for a massage, who sorted my aching neck out caused by a few weeks travelling. He’s on the more expensive side but you get what you pay for and I’d highly recommend booking in with him if you are staying at here. It’s a great addition to an already fabulous Airbnb.

Good location in Little River, nestled in the trees. The place was quiet, neat and well kept up, lots of room to store our stuff, beds were comfy-- perfect for our family of 4.
