We fell in love w/Sargent in 2020 & bought Salt Creek Retreat in 2022. After almost a year of renovations we are ready to share our family retreat. The boat slip is across the river from The Lone Oak. 20 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes south of Houston. Kayaks, Games, Fishing Poles and Crabtraps are FREE for our guest to use during their stay. THERE IS NO WIFI

Riverside getaway between Houston & Galveston

Riverside Manor is a peaceful retreat outside of Houston, just 15 min from NASA and Galveston island. This self enclosed Guest suite has a private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette (no full stove). Exit through the kitchenette straight down to the river, where you can relax around the fire pit, fish in the Bayou or paddle a kayak (or 3). Property is raised up amongst the trees, surrounded by nature and peace. Can sleep 4 but best suited for one couple, families or 3 close friends.
