The place was great for our group. Very clean, free of clutter, kitchen fully stocked. We had a minor plumbing issue that was taken care of promptly. David was super helpful and responsive. Would stay again.

Ron’s place is beautifully located in a clean neighborhood. It’s very peaceful and we found the place to be very well maintained. Ron is very well responsive and kind.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. There was plenty of space for our group of two couples and one child. The amenities listed matched the description and everything was very comfortable. The location and nearness to the Pearl and river walk couldn’t be beat. There are many options for food and entertainment within walking distance or a short drive. There is a personal code to gain access to the driveway and to the house. Having a dedicated parking space is very helpful for the busy area. The home had a variety of kids books, some toys, dishes, and family games for those traveling with kids. We did need bug spray for mosquitoes outside, but this is pretty typical in the area. We would definitely stay again when we have extra family visiting.

The best way to describe this place is wow! The pictures did not do this home justice. We had everything we needed and the master bedroom suite was phenomenal. This is hands down the best place to stay is Fredericksburg! We have been to Fredericksburg many times and stayed many places but don’t think twice about staying in this gem. We WILL stay here again!

Our high expectations were exceeded! The house is centrally located to so many places such as Seaworld, restaurants, and shops. Most importantly to us this home was in the 1604 Loop as we came for a BMT graduation at Lackland AFB. This is our first time using an Airbnb and we were very happy with our stay. The home was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet. The host provided all needed linens. Besides your personal belongings, this house has everything to make your stay comfortable. Should we ever come back to San Antonio, we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends or anyone coming to this area.

A great stay overall. Our crew was a family with adult children, and this was a perfect space for that. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub and multiple decks were nice (they could use refinishing though). Great views of the hill country and good proximity to town. Even with steep hills, the neighborhood was nice for walking. The rooms and space were as described. Overall clean but we did have an issue with some bedsheets. However, the response was immediate, apologetic, and was resolved. We used the grill while we were there and it worked just fine. One thing to note is the sound of the floors. If you're in one of the downstairs rooms and there is activity in the kitchen and living room above, you will hear it. Not much can be done about that, just a note for light sleepers. Should I be in the Canyon Lake area with a group, I would stay again.

Harry’s place was very spacious and me and my friends had a great time! The kitchen had all necessary tools for us to cook some meals. The space was clean and we loved the hot tub. Would recommend!

I have never been able to stay at such a beautiful, enchanting accommodation at such a great price point! The entire property is like stepping into a dream and the villa itself is unreal. The pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and greenery are incredible! Check in and out are easy and their welcome binder makes every villa process easy to figure out. Barbara is such a kind, phenomenal host who I cannot say enough good things about! The property manager is wonderful as well. They are absolutely the heart of this place! It is so clear that this is a labor of love and I am so grateful for having the chance to have spent just over a week here. There is even a book with local recommendations for guests! I highly recommend this villa for any person or group and am already looking at return possibilities to see how soon my best friend and I are able to come back. We had the best trip of our lives!

We have an annual Ladies Trip each year for the 8 of us to meet up and spend some quality time together. This is year four and by far the best. We enjoyed being able to relax on the balcony and enjoy the breeze, watch the fish in the water at night with the lights in the water, kayaking, and fishing off the wharf. Great memories! House stocked very well. Kitchen is huge so lots of room for us to move around and prepare meals together. Will book again or at another of Roxanne’s properties. Eyes on Oklahoma.

Had a wonderful stay. The house is very nice and comfortable. Beautiful interior and with all the comforts of home. Calm area and green. Can definitely recommend.

Great weekend stay with extended family. Plenty of room for everyone and very family friendly. The house was well maintained and clean. One thing of note, the hot tub instructions state that the heat up time is 15-30 minutes, however the hot tub never reached a temperature above 82-85. We did not reach out to our host with this matter as it did not affect our stay, so our experience with this might not be the norm. We will definitely look to book this property again should we be in the area.

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

We came to Villa Blanco to celebrate my son’s birthday and for a long weekend getaway. This was such a lovely home and location. We were able to cook, enjoy the pool, host-provided games and walks/hikes near the property. We loved visiting the local horses and bringing them apples. We had a fun dance party with the Bluetooth speakers. And truly just enjoyed family and togetherness. This is a perfect property with all kinds of amenities. I 100% recommend. If you’re assessing properties, look no further. This is it.

100% would recommend staying here. It’s really clean and super quiet, definitely a great spot if you just want to relax and enjoy the stay. It’s great that it’s so close to the grocery store and the city isn’t super far either but far enough to where it feels peaceful. Loved it!

The love shack was perfect for a weekend away! We grilled, enjoyed the hot tub, relaxed by the fire ring and on the back porch with gorgeous views. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed, from fire wood for the fire ring to k cups for the coffee pot, and lots of clean towels. We came down for a motorcycle rally, and scenic rides, but this was such a perfect little cabin, that we will absolutely be back. The host was thorough with the instructions, and super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We were secluded but not too far from grocery stores or restaurants, they were just a little drive away. The bed was SO comfortable too, we both slept great! We had a wonderful time here at the love shack, and can’t wait to come back.

My husband stayed at the bird point cabin for 3 full days to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday. We loved the privacy we had at the cabin and how close it was to Main Street. The cabin was very cute and perfect for this trip. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would stay at the bird point cabin again if we find ourselves back in Fredericksburg.

This is THE best getaway! It is so beautiful…. All the beauty you are surrounded with. So clean.. feels like a home I would love to ensure you daughter can learn to appreciate the REAL beauty of life. Coming back for my birthday and anniversary! My husband and I absolutely loved the little cabin nestle into the woods kind of vibe.. It was so peaceful & such an adorable cabin. Debbie such a great host & quick to answer all my questions. Thanks for making it such a beautiful & special place for folks to enjoy!!

My husband and I rented this cabin for 3 Days 2 nights anniversary stay. We really enjoyed the seclusion of not being super close to Neighbors, surrounded by trees and nature. It was very peaceful and Serene. The cabin had many amenities to keep us entertained while having romantic evenings. We loved the vaulted ceilings, the large porches, the hot tub, the porch swing was one of my favorite places to sit, and we loved the large two shower head shower. It was also cool that there was trails to the pond and other games to play in the coffee table. We had such a good time there and would recommend this cabin for any reason to go stay there. We hope to return in the future!

Lovely cabin in a perfect location! My husband and I loved how cozy this cabin was for our weekend getaway. The hot tub and the shower were the perfect touch. The host provided clear instructions, was quick to respond, and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time celebrating my husband’s birthday. The cabin was clean and cozy and even decorated for Easter. Kevin is very friendly and responsive. We caught lots of fish from the private dock. The jacuzzi and fire pit made it even more relaxing. The environment is so peaceful. There were people staying in the other cabins when we were there, but we still had our own secluded space. The cabin is only a short 15 min drive from towns with restaurants. We ate several times at the Dairy Palace. They have good food and ice cream for his birthday treat. We were able to purchase bait from Tommy’s Tackle Box (recommended by Kevin) in Eustace. We also found a good Bbq place (Dubb’s Smoke Pitt) and farmers market stand right down the street from the bait store. We hope to return again and highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful outdoor getaway.
