Great for couples (2 adults only, no children under 18) or executives on business. The Loft is a lovely, private retreat above our detached garage located here at Ranch di Serenita. A peaceful place to come and relax. There is a private balcony off the back where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the horses and listen to the birds, it's like being in a treehouse! The sunsets are amazing here! You can count the stars on a clear night. Come enjoy it all for yourself!

The Vineyard Loft

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). The Vineyard Loft is one of two Airbnb Venues located on the 3-acre Blackberry Patch property. Check out our other venue (Blackberry Cottage). Book both venues for a larger group.

We are next door to the historic Hippodrome Dinner Theater and steps away from eclectic shops, antique stores, wine tasting rooms, and live music. Magnolia Market is an easy walk away, or take the free trolley that stops outside. Each loft is crafted with a unique flair and offers a distinct experience.

The Loft On Alamo

Hello, and welcome to The Loft on Alamo ! Come, unwind, and relax in this spacious floor plan of 400+ square feet and fully furnished. It is located on my property above a double garage. It has 1 king size bed, a closet, full size bathroom, and a kitchenet with sink, 2-burner stove, a fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. It also has a Smart TV and WiFi. There can be NO SMOKING. You will also have your own private deck and private entrance to the stairway leading up to the loft.

A Downtown Waco Loft with a corner view in a historic warehouse! This cozy loft has original brick walls, concrete flooring and a newly remodeled kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. This loft feels like a home away from home with a large open kitchen and living room area. The bedroom has a king size bed, tv, and a desk/workspace. The bathroom includes a double sink vanity and a walk in marble shower. Walking distance to Magnolia Market, Silos and many restaurants and shops!

Penthouse Apartment at Brickner Guest House

This is one of few places in the Hill country and still be 5 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg. Its located on 43 acres, and offers a plethora of exotic wildlife. As you drive in, there will be a second gate, there's an old style wooden covered bridge crossing a pond with cascading waterfalls! You are welcome to fish at the pond or our creek our back. We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans. We do supply coffee, sugar and creamer.

The Loft is located above a beautiful warehouse wedding venue, so please be aware that most weekend nights will be reserved for wedding parties, but please inquire to see if we are available!
