We had a fabulous stay at The Treehouse. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. It was private and peaceful. The layout was perfect for our family and we had plenty of space. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We would love to stay again when visiting Lake Livingston.

We had an amazing time on our 5th wedding anniversary (traditional theme is wood), surrounded by the woods. It’s a very special place, nestled in the piney woods. There was almost as many things to look at in the cabin, with all the art, as there was outside. Very secluded, quiet and peaceful. We’ll have to bring our kiddo next time for the awesome loft!

Already trying to plan a time to go back! Even our 15 and 14 year olds enjoyed it! Calm, peaceful, relaxing… Exactly what we needed!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay than at Sergio’s cottage with me and my family. The kids loved it and the deck provided the best squirt gun space. Private and quiet and we will definitely visit again.

My granddaughter and I had an absolutely wonderful 1-night stay in Rebecca’s home. The photos listed don’t do it justice. The house is decorated so thoughtfully with many interesting vintage items. I enjoyed discussing some of the pieces with my granddaughter, as they brought back wonderful childhood memories. We felt like we were in a very cozy, welcoming environment. The shared living area and kitchen were equipped with anything we might need, and Rebecca was available if we had any questions. The yard is large with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peaceful countryside location, yet still only minutes from South Tyler. We especially enjoyed the screened-in treehouse! Bathrooms were well-appointed and extremely clean, with plenty of fresh towels. The beds were comfortable and layered in soft linens. We slept very well. Rebecca prepared a delicious country breakfast, including fresh yard eggs and homemade biscuits to die for! Great hosts and a wonderful overall experience

Had an absolutely lovely experience! The accommodations were exactly as featured and the area was stunning and peaceful. Travis was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this site to anyone.

It was relaxing and enjoyable. Very clean and welcoming. We were nervous it would be tough to find at first, because that wasn’t in the directions, but clearly marked signs upon arrival!

We had an excellent time in the tree house. It was a great experience, and sound escape from the hassle city life. it was peaceful and had a good time talking with my partner. Would surely recommend for my friends !! Allison was a great host, and was prompt on replying to all texts and calls.

The tree house was very clean. Peaceful property with a lovely private space. Exactly as described. Just remember to hit send when you enter the gate code to get in. Host gives clear and proactive communication. We went to Dahlia’s cafe for brunch and had a great weekend. Would definitely come back.

This was the PERFECT weekend getaway escape from the city 😀 The entire experience was magical, and we were very impressed with the amount of love, thought, and care went into constructing this beautiful destination. We were disappointed that it wasn’t available for more nights, but so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay for one night. Everything we needed was provided. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. The outdoor shower was amazing 😀 We will be back!

So many wonderful things about Amy’s AirBnB. The tiny home is private and spacious. The bathroom and kitchen are well stocked. The property is absolutely beautiful and quiet. And shout out for providing a big container of water. 10 out of 10.

we were here for a relaxing birthday weekend getaway and this was the perfect spot! we loved the privacy and enjoying the soaking tub on the deck. it was also relatively close to everything and really convenient to get into town. overall, would definitely come back :)

I’ve lost count on how many times we have booked this AIRNB. About a 3 Hour Dr. from Houston whenever we come here we feel like we are not even in this country.. it’s beautiful, peaceful, cozy and if you don’t wanna see any form of human life, you don’t have to, which is the best part for us. This time we took the kayaks out with the dogs and it was simply amazing as always Mark is always easy to communicate and so helpful. Can’t wait to book our next stay here.

Such a cute and cozy home! The location was private and secluded. Close to town. We truly enjoyed the time we had. We would definitely book again!

The hosts were very personable and accommodating! I felt right at home from the very beginning. I stayed in the Treehouse cabin which was perfect for my solo vacation. Check-in process was straightforward with no extra time wasted so you can get right to enjoying the property. If you’re escaping the chaos of city life Stag Leap is the place to be. Extremely private, top tier cleanliness, and an amazing view to top it off!

Great spot if you’re looking for something unique, fun & family friendly. Very much a camp or cabin vibe. A/C blows cold. Lots of walkable outdoor space on property. Has all you need for a few days by the pool/river/fire pit. Could be a great spot to book their multiple rental units for a family reunion weekend. Clean beds & linens. Zero bugs inside and not super buggy outside. Huge pool. Nearby town has lively downtown area & great restaurants. Friendly & helpful host. Would return for sure.

We stayed here with our two sons for spring break and it was lovely. We did all sorts of Austin things and then loved being able to come back here and unwind. My boys loved the hot tun.

“Mossy Cove Treehouse is exactly what I was hoping it’d be! Nestled amongst the trees and surrounded by peaceful scenery, it was a perfect surprise getaway for (insert whatever you want). All of the rustic details inside the treehouse really made us feel contently lost in the woods. We didn’t want to leave! The host was very accommodating, responsive and even made sure to build us a fire before leaving us. We’ll definitely be back to explore the area soon.”

Prior to our arrival, we were contacted about the property being muddy due to excessive rain the previous days. Katie offered us a refund, but we decide to go anyways. We were so glad we kept the trip. The Nut House is secluded, peaceful, and one of the most unique places we have ever stayed at. We really enjoyed waking up in the mornings hearing all of the birds. It was the most relaxing weekend we have had in a while.
