I moved my family to Cape Cod in September and stayed here while shopping for a permanent home. I’ve never done a long term (4+ month) Airbnb rental before and it’s a little different from the normal experience. But Jessica and family were very nice and this was the right place for us to make that transition. Conveniently located to Falmouth and Mashpee Commons and a very reasonable price for the area. There were a couple of situations that required Jessica to be very flexible with us and she was very accommodating. We would stay here again.

What a wonderful week we had on Long Pond! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed from the 4 bedrooms to the well equipped kitchen. The highlight of this home is most certainly the private lakefront beach across from the house. A place you don’t want to leave! The bike path behind the house is also a quick walk for pizza or ice cream, an added bonus! Raj was very accommodating.

This Airbnb was large and peaceful, with easy parking, a nice pond in walking distance, close to Hyanis, and a lot of amenities like TV, bedding, towels, etc. The building is old with a bit of water damage and old appliances, but it was very clean, everything that we needed worked, and had ACs in every room. We really enjoyed our stay!

Don’t hesitate to book this place! The home is pristine, cozy, and situated in a lush neighborhood - highlights are the beautiful screened in patio and fire pit. Their yard is pure bliss! The basement is also great for kids and to watch movies. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A+ location - peaceful neighborhood with excellent access to bike paths, hikes, restaurants and beaches. Truly had everything we needed! If you’re looking for a place to unwind or a jumping off point to explore the Cape, this is your spot. Bonus: Alex was incredibly communicative and provided great recommendations during our stay. Geoffreys house is a cosy comfortable home with perfect access to the nice public beach !at Kess memorial. You can walk in the harbor within max 20 minutes , whether the shopping Main Street or the nice walk through green neighborhood. The kitchen is perfectly equipped! The beds are comfortable and we slept heavenly! From Hyannis with the Car wé made several trips throughout Cape Cod, all within maximum 1h drive (Prvincetwon f.ex.) . Absolutely recommend this place and Geoffrey is a very charming host!Thanks!

I've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this is definitely in my top five. Quiet location just minutes away from Wellfleet and the beaches. Only 20 minutes to Provincetown and all of its wonderful restaurants, bars, art galleries, etc. Very well equipped kitchen -- lots of spices (including Ras El Hanout, a Moroccan spice mix!), condiments, pots and pans, etc. Sunny, cheerful, clean and comfortable place with comfy beds. Plus a vintage audio cassette player with a large and eclectic collection of cassette tapes -- took me back to the eighties! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Looooved the place! My family and I fell in love with the place. Amenities were aplenty and there were plenty of games/activities to play/do in the house. Everything was as pictured/described and the place was spacious and cozy at the same time. We ran low on an item and Marianna took care of it asap. Her response time was extremely quick; always at the ready. We couldn’t get enough of the place and were sad to leave. In a word: perfection!! Thank you so much for the best stay we’ve had in a long time!

I stayed at Michelle’s place at the end of August with my husband and daughter and my parents and sister. Everything was exactly as described on the listing plus she has a multi-page laminated guide to the house with lots of helpful information and great recommendations for restaurants and activities. It was amazing to be right on the pond. Morning coffee on the deck was so peaceful. Kayaking on the pond was awesome! The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and equipped with everything we needed. We all slept comfortably and it was so nice to be able to eat together around the dining table and sit together comfortably in the living room - with the bonus of a separate space to veg in front of the tv. We had a great stay!

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

We had an amazing week in Eastham at Billy and Beth’s place! The home was spacious, well-equipped, and offered plenty of privacy. It was also wonderfully quiet and just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for our daily outings. Billy and Beth are fantastic hosts—friendly and generous. Their love for music was a delightful bonus, and we even got to hear Billy and his friend Bob play at the Yardarm in Orleans. It was a great experience and added a special touch to our stay. If you’re curious about how American entrepreneurship in the mid-20th century, plexiglas, and a famous Hollywood actress are connected to Billy’s history, be sure to ask him. It’s a fascinating story! Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a very modern suite. The living room has a large TV and built-in glass fireplace. The kitchen is HGTV with a gas stove and large modern sink. The bathroom is Euro-styled behind the sliding wooden door, great water pressure. The bedroom has a great sleeping bed which always makes my stay. The place has a demure outside but once inside, you will say “Wow!”. Maria is a great, congenial host putting us on some great restaurants and places to visit. We would definitely rent again.

We had a a great time and really loved the location and communication with the host! The pond is practically the back yard and easy access to bring our kayaks in. Close to the bike trail and all of the awesome Dennis beaches. One of our best cape vacation homes we stayed at!

We really enjoyed our stay the studio was exactly as described in the photos it was very comfortable lots of space for the two of us and our dog and a great location. Andrea and Tracy included a lot of extras to help make us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this rental. Thank you.

Highly recommended for all animal lovers! Suzie, her family and her animals are all super friendly. Walking around the horse farm is the best way to begin/finish your day. We enjoyed the privacy & comfort of the cute apartment. Location is also great - You can reach any corner of Cape Cod within one hour. All in all this was an unforgettable stay. Thank you Suzie for everything!

Great place to stay with direct access to the beach and an indoor pool for cold or rainy days. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. No food within walking distance, but several good places within a couple minutes drive.

Our recent stay at Dori's was a blissful escape for our family. Our five-month-old loved the serene and peaceful atmosphere, which was even more charming than the pictures suggested. It was exactly what we needed to unwind as new parents. Dori was incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She offered to order and pick up for us some takeout when we were caught in a thunderstorm, and lent my dad a jacket since it’s pretty cool during the morning than we expected. It’s a wonderful Airbnb but it’s Dori that made our trip truly special.

Lloyd is a great host and offers a wonderful place to stay. The house is exactly like the photos but better. The house is extremely clean and a great place for larger groups.

We spent a relaxing week at Gabrielle’s beautiful home - mainly on the deck playing cards surrounded by beautiful vegetation. Great location with many walking paths through the woods - all of which seem to lead to the marketplace area and/or beach. The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is extremely big, comfortable and cute. bedrooms are big, but the 1st floor bedroom definitely needs a new mattress. love the open concept of the kitchen, one thing I wish they had was a blender. Tom provided us with gallons of water which I am really thankful for it. The home was clean, beautiful backyard, quite neighborhood. Overall my family were comfortable, enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again.

This space was absolutely amazing for a Ladies retreat! It has everything is beautiful clean and artfully decorated as well as being a serene space with everything you could possibly need!
