My fiance and i found exactly what we needed, a nature focused getaway. The house is filled with handmade wood craftsmanship, clean and cozy furniture and sheets, as well as books and maps to guide us in our journey here. Louie’s place was clean and good value. It is in a building that could have been a little cleaner in staircase. The pizza place below is open late and you can def hear some of the activity going on. Other than that it was huge and had an enough room and beds for more than 6 people. Louie let us check out late after flights got cancelled. He was very responsive and would def stay there again

Nice place for an individual or couple for several days. Happy to repeat this unit. This building is perhaps the best of the ones within the complex.

Such a cool Airbnb in a wonderful area. Dinner, shopping, the beach and nice bar/restaurants were right within walking distance from the Airbnb. We walked up and down the road enjoying bites to eat and drinks all day - it truly couldn’t be a better location. We enjoyed the Airbnb so much! Beds were comfy, place was clean, rooftop with hot tub was a perfect night cap every day we stayed. If you’re heading to Miami Beach it’d be foolish not to book here! 10/10

Lovely stay, the view is unreal. Located in downtown so everything is walking distance. Only a 10 minute walk to Brickell. I would definitely book again plus the hosts were super friendly!

We had a great stay at this unit. Jeremy went above and beyond—super responsive and accommodating, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. The apartment is small but ideal for a solo traveler or couple. It’s very clean, in a lively Miami neighborhood perfect for nightlife and exploring. Overall, a great spot we’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, well-located place in Miami.

The apartment was great--centrally located and easily walkable into Brickell and various areas around downtown. The building staff and valet were also helpful in answering questions. Stephanie was fantastic to rent from! She was proactive with instructions and quick to answer any questions I had. Would love to rent from her again!

Me sentí de maravilla en los Diez días que pasamos en el lugar. Todo impecable y el lugar es muy agradable. Micahela nos aviso que habría una construcción en el edificio, pero realmente fue muy ameno todo y no hubo ruidos molestos. En cuanto regrese a Miami será mi primera referencia para Airbnb

This Airbnb was awesome!! Djovanny was a great host and responded very quickly. The place was super clean and even being in a busy area it was fairly quiet! I can’t say anything but great things about this location!! Omg there is so much to do within walking distance. It’s also in the art district so it was so cool to walk around and check out all the art. Overall, this was an incredible stay and I will def stay here again!!
