Our luxury, dog friendly holiday cottage is a 17thC farmhouse decorated in a country style with a modern twist. With a huge wood burner & beautiful hot tub*, you’re sure to be comfortable. Just 2m from the beach & in ideal walking country, dogs are welcome visitors. The four bedrooms (two en suite) provide ample accommodation with a spacious, cosy lounge & generous dining room. Stable Cottage is a stunning, newly renovated two bedroom cottage at Tinney Waters - it is light and airy and we are happy to accept up to 4 dogs free of charge. We are situated close to the village of Pyworthy. We are only 10 miles from Bude's amazing, sandy, dog friendly beaches too - great for surfing! We have three well stocked coarse fishing lakes which are private for our on site guests. New for 2026 is our heated, indoor pool and sauna - see guest access for more details

Halamiling Barn is a deeply peaceful, beautiful, place to relax, unwind and socialise with family and friends. Enjoy strolling through the gardens, the three lakes and farmland. Cook in the superbly well equipped and spacious modern kitchen, enjoy cosy evenings by the fire, and maybe watch a film with the state of the art sound surround system. All interiors are furnished to a very high level of quality and artistic design. It is set in 50 acres of North Cornish farmland.

Set in a quiet rural location, Little Springfield is a great place for relaxing. A luxury self-contained lodge in a super location, for families, walkers, cyclists and surfers. A 5 minute drive to Bude and its fine choice of places to eat and drink alongside award-winning beaches of Summerleaze and Crooklets. Opposite the lodge there is a large parking area and paddock exclusively for our guests for softball games, picnics and BBQs, with views across the valley.
