We had an absolutly wonderful stay! The flat was perfect, clean and not to mention the beautiful view! We would love to return to the flat in the future to enjoy another holiday there. Would recommend to anyone wanting a home away from home in Scarborough!

The property is easy to find, clear instructions are provided by Julia on how to enter the property. I messaged Julia to ask about the central heating as its was now warming up in the property and she called me straight away and gave clear instructions on what to do, was very toasty after that. Plenty of room for the three of us staying, great location for both North and South bays.

Myeslf, my wife and 3 kids(10,8 & 3) stopped here for two nights and were very happy with the accommodation The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning being right on the seafront. Its a great location with the harbour only 5 minutes walk away too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect for a mini break! Beautiful apartment in a perfect location near Hull’s Marina. Short walk to some great restaurants and cafes. The hosts were super responsive and helpful with directions. Would highly recommend.

This place has everything you want in Scarborough. Great location, great views, great apartment, great value. Communication from the host was spot on. If you want space and privacy, then this is the place for you. Parking was at the top of the stairs and we had no issues finding space. We will be requesting this apartment again for another visit to lovely Scarborough.

Had a two night stay here; from start to finish, with booking, checking in, and leaving, everything was perfect. No issues at all, and Samantha was just a message away for any queries. Very comfortable bed, the heaters warmed the place in minutes, two toilets (one ensuite in the bedroom) was amazing, and the kitchen had everything to hand. Beach is very close by, plenty of shops just along the road. Highly recommend xx

Derek was a great host., this was a last minute booking and he responded straight away and within a couple of hours I was settled in at his place, It was easy to access and the neighbours were very friendly, his place was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay and was a very short stroll to bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely great weekend at Seashells. As a three-generation family group, the house was perfect for us. Diane was very responsive and helpful. Before we even left we booked to go again next year! Great for families - location, layout, amenities, comfort!

Amazing stay! House had everything we needed and more. Beautiful view over the river. Garden enclosed so our pooch could roam. Perfect location to explore. Kiddies aged 14 and 12 loved it too and didn't want to leave. Overall a great stay!!

We had a wonderful stay with our family young and old we all loved the house, it had everything we needed and was close to coastal walks. The views are stunning it was lovely and clean. The kitchen was high spec with Bose speakers- nice touch. Lovely deep bath for relaxing and beds were comfy. The conservatory was a nice place for us all to socialise. Lovely space to come back to after a good day out. We will definitely return. X

This was a wonderful stay, highly recommend to anyone. Although it’s in the hosts living premises, you have total privacy in the Elliott suite and the uninterrupted use of the pool and hot tub. The character in the Elliott suite is fabulous. There were loads of films available & also full access to smart tv Netflix etc. I felt so at home here & will absolutely come back! Lucy is lovely and a helpful host! Couldn’t recommend this stay enough!😍

5 of us just had a wonderful 4 night stay over Easter at Matts place. The views were stunning and it was in a great location for some beautiful walks along the coast. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing peaceful stay with stunning views front and back ☺️

Shoreline is such a lovely calm and relaxing house to stay in. Beautiful interiors and a wonderful view over the estuary. Well equipped throughout and most comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, with strolls along the foreshore and under the magnificent Humber Bridge.

We had a lovely stay, the place was a little tricky to find but we worked it out as sat nav sent us to another place on the site. Found key safe easy to use and was inside pretty quickly. place was clean and tidy and looked just like the pictures. the stairs do not lead to the bedrooms, the accommodation is all on one floor. we were cold the first evening so used the fire and heating which soon warmed the place up. we walked both days to bridlington, quite a distance but a lovely walk and my daughter could cycle to her hearts content so she was happy. would certainly recommend. great stay and comfy beds.

Lovely flat in a great area, safe, was able to walk for whatever I needed. Great restaurants and coffee shops close by. The flat had everything you could possibly need for your stay. I would recommend.

Ben and his property were really nice. Ben communicated well and made the check-in process easy. The property was as described and like the pictures. I will be working In the area again soon and will be booking again.

What a lovely apartment so nice and welcoming, everything you could need with little tastful gestures. It is in a nice quiet area but only a short walk to onsite pub and beach. We had such a fantastic time will definately return x

Absolutely beautiful view! We loved watching the sunrise over the sea on both mornings of our weekend stay. Jack was very helpful and gave us clear parking instructions before we arrived. The apartment is in an enviable position on the south beach of Bridlington, beautiful views and close to great bars and restaurants. We had a lovely walk to Sewerby to visit the Ship Inn and see the deer, before going for delicious tapas at Manchot and then back to the apartment to relax for the evening. Jacks apartment is cosy, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Don’t go! As I would like the place always to be available for us. A gem of a find and the weather was the icing on the cake. The welcome biscuits, coffee, crisp and milk a lovely touch. We needed complete rest and relaxation and choose the location and the view for that. Home from home-everything you would want and more, every thought has been given to what you might need. Slow cooker and air fryer. We sat for hours and just watched the world go by. But also got lots of walking in. Far enough away from the hustle and bushel but near enough to walk to the beach and town. Thank you Richard.

This accommodation was exactly as described and as the photos portrayed. It couldn’t be any closer to the seafront and close to all shops, promenade, fun fair, amusements and other local attractions. It was perfect. Free parking nearby (no more than 2-3 minute walk), but no issue at all. Great communication from the owner all day on check in to ensure he was present to hand over the keys and again on check out. The accommodation itself was lovely. Really nicely decorated throughout with the bathroom and kitchen being exceptional. You really don’t need to bring anything to the Air B&B apart from some clothes and yourself. All cutlery that was needed was present and the access to Netflix and other tv channels was a great addition. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone and if we ever visit again, will definitely see if this accommodation is available first.

Amazing place to stay. Newly decorated with every amenity you might need for your stay either short or long. Great location in the centre of town for all the amusements, shops, restaurants and pubs near by. I will definitely be booking here again in the near future and will recommend to friends Sam was always helpful and replied very quickly to any queries or questions.
