Vakantiewoningen in een villa in Brienno

Nous avons séjourné à 8 copines dans cette fabuleuse villa pour découvrir Milan. Situé à 30min de Milan et 30min du Lac de Côme, c’était pour nous le bon compromis, si vous êtes véhiculés. Le logement était comme en photos, correspondant parfaitement à la description. Les instructions étaient très expliquées pour l’arrivée autonome, très facile d’accès. Possibilité de stationner dans le garage souterrain. L’intérieur est très spacieux idéal pour les grand groupes/familles. La maison était propre et tout les équipements énoncés étaient présents et fonctionnel. Le cadre est très paisible, pas de bruit du voisinage, très peu de passage sur la route, avec le parc en face de la maison. Et les hôtes étaient très réactifs en message pour la moindre question. Merci pour cette facilité d’accès, cette superbe maison bien entretenue, pour votre réactivité et gentillesse. Et pour toutes ces raisons citées, je vous recommande vivement ce logement. Wij hebben een super verblijf gehad bij Silvia. Silvia is zo open en laat je echt thuis voelen. Silvia heeft aan alle details gedacht en helpt je bij alles. Het plaatsje is super idyllisch net als het uitzicht bij een lekker ontbijtje klaargezet door Silvia in de tuin. Af en toe word je begroet door de lieve hond die boven het appartement logeert. Kortom dit staat in mijn top drie van leukste Airbnb verblijven. Silvia bedankt en wij komen graag een keer terug ❤️.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Monica! Les photos ne rendent pas justice au logement, qui est absolument incroyable. Les grandes chambres ont des lits immenses, les salles de bains sont top, et je ne parle pas de l’extérieur. De multiples attentions pour nous. Le logement est bien situé pour rayonner. Notre coup de cœur pour les plages a été la plage communale d’Osmate, un bijou! Et la rivière El Fogador. L’environnement est en revanche un peu bruyant en journée avec l’aéroport, l’autoroute et la voie de chemin de fer (mais nos enfants étaient fascinés par les avions qui passaient!), mais c’est calme la nuit. Merci pour tout Monica!

Très beau séjour, dans cette maison familiale, Paul a été très réactif à nos questions avant le départ. La maison était propre, spacieuse, nous avons eut la chance d'avoir le soleil, nous avons pris tous nos repas sous la tonnelle. L'équipement était conforme à la description, nous avons préparer plusieurs repas sans problème. Les parkings étaient proches pour garer voitures et moto. Le quartier est très calme, et, nous avons pu nous rendre rapidement avec nos véhicules au centre-ville pour prendre le bateau pour visiter les îles. Nous étions 12 adultes. Merci à Paul pour sa bienveillance.

We don’t know where to start!!! This was the most amazing holiday we have ever experienced! Perfect doesn’t do it justice! From the moment we arrived it was beyond our expectations. Giulia was like our own personal concierge, she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We celebrated our anniversary, she and Carlotta prepared the most perfect private meal for us! From check-in to checkout, it was the most special experience ever! All we have to say is tears were shed when we left….we will be back very soon! Thank you Giulia , Carlotta and family for everything!!!

Uns hat es sehr gut in diesem Haus gefallen. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Es ist sehr gemütlich. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber alles sehr geschmackvoll und sympatisch. Die Küche ist klein, aber hat alles, was man braucht. Man fühlt sich auf jeden Fall wohl im Haus! Die Terrasse ist etwas Besonderes mit ihrem Blick auf den See und die umliegenden Berge. Man kann auch gut im Garten sein, der auch komplett umzäunt ist, was prima für unseren Hund war. Das Dorf Sueglio ist schön, die Einwohner sind sehr freundlich. Man kann auch zu Fuss einige schöne Spaziergänge in der Umgebung machen, aber alles ist am Hang, es geht immer auch bergauf! Mit dem Auto runter zum See nach Dervio dauert es ca. 15-20 Minuten. Zu Fuß ist es wegen des Höhenunterschieds nicht wirklich möglich. Resy und Luciana haben wir leider nicht persönlich getroffen. Sie haben aber auf alle unsere Fragen per Mail geantwortet und sich auch während unseres Aufenthaltes gute Tipps gegeben.

The villa is very beautiful! We were in a great location, and it was very easy to get around without a car. There are several swimming spots only a few minutes away, and it was easy to travel by ferry. Johannes was very responsive and gave us a lot of great recommendations. It is two separate units, so we had one group on the first floor and the other on the 3rd, but the apartments were clean and spacious.

la villa (familiale) de Marta est magnifique. elle est très bien entretenue. située sur les hauteurs d'Erba, nous avons pu visiter les alentours facilement (lac de Côme, Bergame..)

Vi havde et perfekt ophold. Vi var en sto gruppe på 8 som havde to dage i boligen. Den var præcis det vi havde brug for. Vi fik hode anbefalinger fra værten og kom i kontakt med lokal bureau, som arrangerede ture for os. Stor stor anbefaling!

Our stay here was incredible! The views are unmatched. It was very affordable compared to other places in the area. It perfectly accommodated 8 of us each having a bed to sleep in. Deborah is very responsive and helpful! There are some restaurants that are walking distance but you almost have to have a car for this area! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach super, Baden im See direkt vom gemieteten Grundstück. Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang.

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

Such a beautiful place very airy extremely clean extremely helpful host I couldn’t have asked for more. We are a team of designers that were staying at the property for Milan design week and I have to say the Properties photos online don’t do justice for the place when we arrived, we were so pleasantly surprised at how much nicer the property was definitely five stars for this property and I am definitely staying there next year with my full team again

The house was perfect for a weekend break for 10 friends. There was so much space, lots of bathrooms and a lovely garden - so amazing to find a big family house so close to the city centre. We walked to most places but the nearest metro was about 3 mins walk with others within 10 mins. We also used the trams and hired scooters - all really easy. Supermarket was only a couple of blocks away too. Andrea was brilliant through all the communications, recommended restaurants, and met us at check in to show us around. This was a great base for seeing Milan, and for a group of friends who go away for a weekend every year. Highly recommended.

het was een super mooie omgeving, rustig. met de auto op een kwartiertje van como meer. het huis was prachtig, een veranda met een geweldig uitzicht op de bergen en het was ook aangenaam vertoeven als het buiten te warm was. we voelden ons direct thuis. de familie was extreem verwelkomend, ze staan klaar om je te helpen met allerhande vragen. zelfs toen we allereil even naar het ziekenhuis moesten hebben ze ons goed geholpen. voor iedereen die rust en een mooie omgeving zoek, raden we deze airbnb ten zeerste aan

Heel bijzonder huis! Origineel. Veel kunst in huis. Schitterend uitzicht. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig Schoon. Rustig dorpje. Zwembad was gezien de hoge temperaturen heerlijk! Omgeving is prachtig. Veel mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Fietsen gehuurd op 3 minuten loopafstand. Heel aardige mensen. Spreken Italiaans en beetje frans. Geweldige fietstocht voor mountainbikes gemaakt vanaf t huis. Electrische ondersteuning noodzakelijk. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Technisch mankement werd zeer adequaat en snel opgelost.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Locarno, Ascona und den See. Herrlich für ein paar Tage Auszeit.

Sehr schönes und modern ausgestattetes Haus. Dazu noch ein großes Grundstück mit viel Privatsphäre. Das Haus liegt auf dem Berg, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man in ca 30 minuten nach Menaggio laufen. Ansonsten muss man sein Auto oder den Bus benutzen. Wir waren voll und ganz Zufrieden

Unser kürzlicher Familienurlaub in der Villa war einfach perfekt! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, wurden wir von dem luxuriösen Komfort (ein beheizter Aussenpool und eine interne Sauna), der atemberaubenden Aussicht und der ruhigen Atmosphäre, die unseren Aufenthalt wirklich magisch machte, weggefegt. Sehr empfehlenswert für jeden, der eine luxuriöse Flucht, Ruhe und ein unvergessliches Erlebnis sucht. Wir können es kaum erwarten, zurückzukehren!

Das Haus liegt weit oben. Die Strassen hinauf sind sehr kurvig und schmal. Aber wenn man dann die Aussicht geniessen kann ist man sprachlos. Haus ist Luxus pur. Es war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Katja was very good at communicating and we enjoyed the living space which was finished to a high standard. We were visiting friends in Bergamo and S. Pellegrino most of the time, as well as Lake Garda so were introduced to some excellent restaurants in those places (Baretto, Via al Costello and Osteria al Gigianca in Bergamo and La Fruslina, S.Pellegrino - highly recommended) so can’t comment on local restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well and the pool was great for cooling off in the day. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it as a base for exploring Lombardia and Milan.
