My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the Anna Pell house! The location was amazing; it was walkable to everything and a bit off the beaten path so we did not feel overwhelmed with the hustle and bustle. The house was very comfortable, and there was so much room to spread out if we needed space, but the common rooms were set up perfectly for spending some good catch up time with each other. Also, all of the restrooms made it so convenient when we were needing to get ready at the same time! It was a nice perk that to be directly across the street from the beautiful Vanderbilt hotel when we wanted a little pampering and some great drinks!! The hosts were friendly and responsive! I’d definitely return and recommend this place to others looking for a convenient and character-filled place to stay in Newport!

Our stay was fantastic. I had a little trouble unlocking (user error) and Claire was very quick to help out. The house was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Joseph messaged me after check in to make sure everything was to our standards. It exceeded all expectations. The furniture and beds were Very comfortable and clean. The house is very close to an excellent bagel shop and only 10 minutes from downtown Newport. We felt right at home. Will definitely be back!

We had a WONDERFUL stay at the cottage! The cottage is way more spacious than the photos led us to expect and we really loved our stay -- the beds were very comfortable, the heating and cooling both worked very efficiently, and our host was wonderfully communicative. In addition, the home is really well set up for kids with plenty of travel cribs, single beds, and kiddie equipment -- in addition, my toddler took to the place immediately which was a lot of fun; she loved all the little rooms and nooks! The location was also ideal -- just outside Newport, within easy driving distance, with plenty of great eateries and amenities close by. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay again :)

David’s home was exactly as described. The house has obviously been taken care of. The house was homey and very clean. The location was very close to Bowen’s Wharf.

This was our second time staying at Coleen’s place. Our first time to celebrate our one year anniversary. This time, years later, so I could propose to my girlfriend and then celebrate our engagement. Coleen is super responsive and went out of her way to make this stay happen for us. Her place had everything we could have imagined and made the visit to Newport special. She is definitely one of the best hosts we have ever had experience with and I would highly recommend her place if you’re making the trip to Newport. There is so much to do in the area and Coleen’s place has a great location and the perfect private getaway for all. It’s a place we hold dear and we look forward to going back to visit and celebrate future chapters of our lives!

The rustic retreat was a cozy vintage inspired house that felt very homey. It was 5 minutes from great coffee shops and downtown Newport. It was great to be able to bring our dog. My daughter loved the secret bamboo garden ‘room’. Would definitely stay again. Lillian was very hospitable! Thank you!

We had a dream vacation in Newport and Rini’s place made it all possible! Love the location, love the front and back yard, and the inside is well stocked, clean, and so cute!!! So grateful to have found this gem.

We had a weekend wedding in Newport & decided to extend for a family vacation. We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. It was a quick walk to beach, some restaurants & the cliff walk. Cheery place & Nice neighborhood. Rooms were very spacious. Yard & deck were a bonus. Allowing us to bring our dog was a huge help & added to the joy of our family time together. Overall, it was a great place for us to hang together & take advantage of all Newport has to offer. Sarah was extremely responsive & timely and a pleasure to work with. We came to town for the marathon and Mary and Dwight’s place had the comfy couch and beds we needed for a relaxing recovery. They were proactive and responsive hosts and had easy check in and check out instructions! We enjoyed our stay in Newport and several of their local recommendations.

Nice place to stay. Easy to find and was quiet and had all the essentials.

Nice large apartment with all you need. The location is great for getting around, either by walking or the easy public transit system. Comfortable and homey. There is a possibility of a lot of late night noise outside (two nights out of two for us) due to its location, but we slept well anyway. It was great to be able to do laundry in the building.

This is a must-stay!! We had a wonderful time and Brandon and Danielle were wonderful hosts! The house was absolutely beautiful, had all of the amenities we needed, and was walking distance to downtown Newport. Brandon made sure we had a pack n play and high chair in house for our 17-month old which was so very helpful. He also responded to our texts within minutes. We will absolutely be back! We loved Paul's place as it was very accessible to Thames street. Plus it was able to accomodate my big family. It was also nice that there is parking space available as it is difficult to find a parking in Newport. Paul responded very quickly too when we encountered a power outlet issue in one of the bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and had made my family's first trip to Newport a great one. Thank YOU!

We wanted a low-key beach vacation with our three year old, and Pamela's place was perfect for that. It's quiet and ideally located right next to an amazing playground and library. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house, so we could put the kiddo to bed and not worry about her hearing the tv, and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed--dishes, knives, a great toaster oven, a non-keurig coffee maker, full sized fridge, a large brita so we always had cold water, which was very appreciated after a long day at the beach. This place had everything we needed for an easy family vacation, and I would 100% stay here again. We had some issues with the cable tv not working, and Pamela was super responsive. The whole place had everything we needed, and was very functional.

I've been to Newport many times on day trips, but never for an overnight. My partner had never been to Rhode Island, so I thought it would be fun to stay in downtown Newport and explore while also visiting with family in Providence. Pelham Court could not be more convenient. Perfectly located across from the waterfront, the property is safe, secure and convenient. A big plus is off-street parking. Our one-bedroom unit was awesome. Spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. Although we were in the middle of everything, we had peace and quiet. The Pelham Court team were awesome: responsive, friendly, helpful and ready to offer local insights, including when we just wanted to stay in and order pizza. I would highly recommend this as your Newport getaway that's close to everything. Great accommodations, great location, and great professional support.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place had a lot of character and charm, not to mention very clean. Trip and Christina were thoughtful hosts who went above and beyond with special touches like extra toiletries. The location was perfect—close to downtown and within walking distance of some great breakfast spots, which was ideal for morning walks with our dog. We'd definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at this condo. Everything was exactly as described and in perfect condition: comfortable beds, toiletries, games: everything we needed for our short stay was there. The location is great for walking everywhere. The host was very easy to contact and helpful: we had a few questions and they were resolved immediately. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

Kathy's lovely condo overlooking Newport was perfectly located, being really close to the Newport wharf - it's also stylishly decorated, comfortable, large, lovely and was perfect for our long weekend of wedding events both in downtown Newport and through the area. Especially great if you want a nice place to settle in and be able to simply walk to what Newport offers - bonus that it offers a parking pass! Truly a very lovely condo - modern, clean and spacious! Quiet during the weekdays, too, although not surprisingly, there was a bit of noise on Friday night from revelers coming up from the town - to be expected, really. Highly recommended!

Katherine was very responsive during our stay - we had an issue with the smoke detector and she sent someone right out. We had a girls weekend here (spa is right across the street and restaurants are walkable) and it was great!
