The Carriage House in historic Bristol is a short walk to downtown restaurants, shops, coffee shops, two neighborhood beaches, museums, public library, churches and several wedding venues. It is a half block to the Prudence Island and Providence to Newport Ferry and a short walk to the Bike Shop (rentals) and the East Bay Bike Path which leads to Colt State Park. The harbor boardwalk is aIso a short walk from the front door. On the bus route to Newport (20 minutes) and Providence (30 minutesl).

Just steps from the Prudence Island Ferry dock, historic Robin Rug mill, restaurants, shops, and the East Bay bike path, and a five-minute drive to Roger Williams University or Colt State Park. Romantic Beach Cottage Getaway - Non Smokers only

Romantic Beach cottage built in 2017 on the beach of Ocean Grove in Swansea Mass on Mount Hope Bay with breathtaking panoramic balcony views. The beach is a 1 minute walk out back door. Take a 1/2 mile walk on beach or use our paddle boards. For a romantic getaway the master bedroom has deep soaking two person air jet tub looking up the bay. The tub is filled on every use and provides an automatic air drying purge for hygiene. Flip the wall flat screen toward the tub and relax.

Sweet Retreat by Mt. Hope Bay!

You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full-size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.

Located in downtown Bristol, you couldn’t find a better location. You’re two blocks from the water, down the road from Bristol Town Commons, and a Playground.
