Just as described would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot for a quick stopover on our way to Ocean City NJ. Comfortable, great place to rest and regroup, and super easy to get back on the road.

This place is great beautiful home. Master bedroom by far the best room the only thing I would say would be the blinds, It was maybe like two missing on the corners, so to me anyone could look inside if someone was in the backyard. Even though we didn't know that there was neighbors upstairs who actually live there, which I thought it would have been a little uncomfortable. So the first night I was trying to make my family whisper but eventually it was okay. Also I would say, Friday night my family and I were locked out for about 20 minutes due to someone locking the main entrance but once I reach to Dereca she was able to send someone to let us in he did apologize. He tried to open it as well with the key we had, but it didn't work so he had to go through the inside of the Airbnb to let us in.

This was the perfect find for our family trip to NYC. Really easy walk to the 2 train to head into Manhattan. Check in process was very simple and the photos provided were excellent. Shelly was flexible and allowed us to drop our luggage off early so we could enjoy the rest of our day before settling in for the evening. We got a little confused by the locks on the door and how to lock them from the outside but we got some help with that and was smooth sailing for the remainder of the trip. The apartment was super clean and was plenty of space for the 3 of us. Would highly recommend this unit and Shelly as a host. Thank you!

My stay was great , the apartment is very cozy feels like home . Also there is a family dollar 4 minutes away walking , very convenient 🎀

Daniel was an awesome host. Very responsive to my questions and always a friendly response. The place was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable. My only issue was the entrance. I'm tall and the entrance doorway is kind of short. If you're taller than 5' 8" you will need to duck down to avoid bumping your head. Other than that small issue, it was perfect for me.

Patrice was a kind and responsive host who was very helpful to our guests. The description and information was well matched with the listing. We were grateful to have our client stay in their apartment.

This home was a great choice. There were some upgrades within the home, plenty of space for my family and close to my family in the Bronx. it was very convenient for everything we had planned. Thank you for making my trip home peaceful.

I have only nitpick comments. Opening the windows and having air flow is how the house is designed, and it works well, but I could see it getting too hot in the top room. You can walk two (New York sized) blocks to Pelham station, restaurants, park, gas station, etc. Host’s (young adult) grandchild and buddy walked by as I was talking with my kids about our plans for NYC and they helped me make them better and were friendly and polite. I can’t guarantee they’ll always be around to help you make your touristy trips even cooler.

I rented this apt for my parents who were in town. Gregory was always responsive and friendly. The location is very convenient and the place is as described. Will definitely keep in mind for my future guests!

Yuly was a fantastic host and was so helpful and responsive. The house was perfect for my family- it was so clean and had everything we needed! It was a great location for Yonkers . And had good access to manhattan. Yuly has really thought of everything! Thank you!

This place is a great little place to stay, quiet and peaceful for the three of us. The beds were very comfortable and the tv’s worked great. Heat and A/C were easy to use and the bathroom/shower always had hot water. We had a great stay and would come back again. The walk to the Metro station is about 15 minute walk away. It is the end of the line for the Green 5 train. The only negative is if you are coming to New York for sightseeing in Manhattan, the train ride is 1-1/2 hours each way. If you are ok with being on the subway for that amount of time (we were) then don’t hesitate to book here!

Wow, we came to Harlem with no preconceptions and left in love with the people, the places, the streets and the Harlem way. We’ve been home for a couple of weeks and have both told everyone we meet to visit Harlem But isn’t it dangerous …… is crossing the road dangerous? Is London dangerous is life dangerous? Listen you’ll see LIFE, you’ll see vibrancy, you’ll see people on the streets and you’ll see everything that makes this place special. We walked the streets late at night, early in the Morning and chatted to everyone you are advised against in every tourist guide. Harlem is not a place its a community spirit, its beautiful, colourful, welcoming and if you respect the rules of every street world wide you’ll only leave feeling like you’ve been to one of the best spots in the world. IMHO one of the BEST vibes I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been blessed to experience a few. Love, peace and come see this place, it has to be seen to be believed .. much love Karl and Katie

I had an exceptional experience during my stay in this wonderful property, and I can confidently say it was the best accommodation I’ve experienced in NY area. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how the house looked and felt even better than I had anticipated. The inviting atmosphere and attention to detail truly set it apart. The property was equipped with everything I could possibly need, from essential bathroom supplies to a fully stocked kitchen, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. I appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into preparing the space for guests. Additionally, the host was exceptionally communicative and responsive, providing clear and helpful instructions and tips that made my stay even more enjoyable. Our family had a wonderful time at Stephen and Ericka's apartment. It has a nice floorplan using the space well with a lot of natural light. The town is very charming and very close to the train station for easy access into NYC. Stephen and Ericka communicated well and made sure we had all the information we needed before, during and after our trip. Will look to stay again when we are in the area.

Bernards penthouse is really a spectacular penthouse - unlike many other apartments that claim to be one: The elevator brings you directly in the apartment on the 7th floor, there are two huge terraces that wrap the whole place and the 360° view of the skyline of Manhattan and of New Jersey and the skylis spectacular. The apartment ist very spacious and comfortable (with two bathroom and three toilets!). It is luxurious even though not everything is brand new. You can see that someone actually lives here, there is a lot of personal decoration, but we found this charming - a place with a soul. The kitchen is also remarkably very well equipped (Bernard is a chef!). It's not a tourist area at all, the neighbourhood is purely Latin American, simple but pleasant and the location in West New York (New Jersey) is good and relaxed. There are different options to get to Manhattan. You can take the two buses around the corner (2 minutes walk) or there are several buses a little more far away (10 minutes walk) or you can even go to the next port with the Light Rail and take the ferry from there (see timetables of NJ Waterways). Within 20 to 40 minutes, depending the option you choose and the traffic situation, you are at Port Authority near Time Square.
