While staying, you will feel like you are secluded amongst a forrest, yet you'll only be a 5-10 minute drive away from everything in town! The house was built in 2017 with modern finishes. The hottub is always hot and the oversized couches are always comfy. The neighborhood is family/wildlife oriented. Come unwind and relax in the sticks!

You can say you slept in the ONLY private residence on Walt Disney's own Main Street USA, a great place to stay in Downtown Marceline on the original Main Street USA. Close to everything. Two queen beds, motel type suite with a microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and cooking set-up. A complimentary pool pass for the covered community pool is there as well. Laundry with supplies. All new furniture including mattresses and bedding. Can accommodate more guests just inquire after booking.

The little cabin is nestled down our shared private and peaceful driveway, with views of cattle grazing in the pasture right off the front porch at the right time of year. Our big screen projector and fire pit are two amenities you'll be sure to enjoy!

The kitchen has everything you need to make dinner at home or grab something from a local restaurant and enjoy it at the dining room table or out back. Come check out this tranquil getaway located within 10-15 miles of Kirksville, 1000 Hillls State Park, Truman State/ATSU, and hundreds of acres of public hunting/conservation land. This little cabin is a one bedroom, one bath tiny home that is located off the beaten path and is tucked away in the woods. The space comfortably sleeps four people (with ability to sleep 6 with a pull-out couch). Enjoy the relaxing sounds of nature by sitting around the fire pit or relaxing in the hammock.

All full size kitchen appliances, Later it was used for a rental , so the washer , dryer and shower were added, which explains why they aren’t in the usual placement As this is beside HWY 36 , it’s an easy off and on. Close to town ( 1 1/2 miles to Walmart) .

Fishing includes muskie, crappie, bass, channel catfish, blue catfish, and carp. Deer and turkey are plentiful for viewing.

Newly remodeled interior (we are still working on the outside!!) two blocks from Walmart and two blocks from Washington Street. Good parking on and off street. Wonderful open floor plan to host a family or just a comfortable place to stay.
