I would definitely book this place again if I travel to New York! One min walk from the LIRR train station and easy to get to Manhattan and other locations. Garden is so clean and sooo peaceful. House was absolutely big and beautiful. Clean house, amazing garden with a hot tub. (I didn’t want to leave). William offered to make breakfast and will ask if you need anything and will always be there to help you. I enjoyed chatting with him. Such a great man!! A great host, very helpful and so kind! Thank you so much for everything William!!

Such a wonderful lodging! My son and I stayed for a week for him to attend camp nearby and the hospitality with the entire staff was remarkable! Clean, quiet, communal feel and tended to my every request! I highly recommend this charming little place!

John's bed and breakfast / the Candlelight Inn is a wonderful experience. The room was clean, beautifully kept and just as advertised. I would highly recommend this stay and shelter island in general, as there are many beautiful beaches, stores and restaurants all 5-10 minutes away. The final night of our stay ended with our eating dinner on the porch with fireflies and other guests. We even snagged some furniture from the thrift store across the street!

Jayne was beyond accomodating. We felt at home from the minute we walked in the door. The amount of care and love taken on this home is unmatched. We loved lounging in the yard and reading, enjoying breakfast on the patio (including fresh tomatoes from the garden!). An absolute haven.

This is a great place to stay. Centrally located between Southhampton and Westhampton. The property was renovated, spacious, and clean, with beautiful views of the bay. The hosts were friendly, communicative and helpful. We will be back!

William was quick in responding to my messages and communication was excellent. Property is just outside of Hampstead gardens station and was spotless and check-in was easy. He personally cooked nice breakfast and our conversations over coffee will be remembered for long time. I want to say "William is just brilliant" and he made my stay pleasantly comfortable. (I'll request all guest visiting his property to check his rules which are stated clearly in the description and you will have amazing host waiting to welcome you.)

My friend and I came for a baby shower weekend. It was absolutely my best experience with any Bed and Breakfast/Air bnb ever! She could not have made us more comfortable and at home. Her garden is absolutely incredible- I could not stop taking pictures of every corner! Even inside her home is full of antiques with a story behind each one! I cannot wait to have another girls weekend here. It is also perfectly located to walk right into town!

6 out of 5 stars! This was a fantastic bed-n-breakfast experience with a lovely host who worked to ensure we had the perfect stay. This trip was a lovely, quiet getaway for us and a much needed break to unplug and unwind. Perfect location and near many parks for walking and hiking. Incredibly responsive host who made sure our favorite breakfast items were on hand. Highly recommend and we will definitely book again in the future!

Dale’s place was great. I had a wedding to attend in East Hampton, and this was a perfect crash-pad between wedding events. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and he provided us with much needed coffee, tea, yogurt and fruit for our mornings. Check in was simple and he communicated well. Definitely recommend!

Place and host are true 5 stars. Place was very clean and organized even with labels in kitchen as to what was in drawers or cabinets. Bien was an exceptional host. She asked us ahead of time about likes for breakfast and if we were celebrating anything special. Also how much interaction we wanted with her. She provided extra special snacks like cupcakes and cookies. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and supplied well. House and surroundings are beautiful and in nice safe area. Highly recommend. A true 5 stars!!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and offered all the comforts of home. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring every detail was perfect during my visit. The location was ideal, close to local attractions and great dining options, making it easy to explore the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

What an idyllic Hamptons getaway! We loved the picturesque location right on the water, far from the maddening crowds. We had not previously shared a home with other guests and/or onsite hosts, but it wasn’t even an issue. Monica and her daughter were perfectly accessible but discreetly separated from the guests, who were all spread out enough to provide privacy. We loved the water facing pool, dedicated exercise space, and coffee & snacks we could help ourselves to. Best of all was the breakfast provided each morning. This is a terrific option if you want to avoid loud, crowded, scarce hotel options for a true Hamptons retreat. Note only there’s no tv, which didn’t bother us, and rooms are on the second floor if stairs are an issue. We would definitely return!!

Wir haben 3 Tage in dem Cottage verbracht. Es war wunderbar. Das kleine Haus ist ausgesprochen schön und sehr cosy eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet und der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit vielen leckeren lokalen Produkten und auch Getränken, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Es war alles vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen konnte. Das Bett war sehr bequem und auch im Badezimmer gab es alles, was man braucht. Flauschige Handtücher und sogar Bademäntel waren vorhanden. Die Lage des Hauses, mitten in diesem großen Garten und direkt am See, war toll. Vom schönen Wohnzimmer aus hatte man einen direkten Blick auf den See. Die Gastgeberin war sehr offen und freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten eine wirklich eine tolle Zeit hier und werden das Haus ganz sicher wieder buchen, wenn wir noch einmal in der Gegend sind.

What an amazing stay and such fabulous hosts! The home has so much charm and character with exquisite detail and high end amenities. Mark and Johnny went above and beyond to make our stay incredible! When I left, I felt like I was leaving my family! I can't wait to return!
