Gracious host very accommodating, beautiful home very comfortable and clean

Maureen’s place is super clean! The space was just perfect. Close walk to beach and restaurants. Maureen is very accommodating and makes sure you have everything you need. We will be going back!

Liam was incredibly quick to respond and accommodating to our group’s last minute booking. The location is excellent and great for having a car or taking a train. Great, quiet “, comfy spot and had everything we needed and a great value for the area.

Tammy helped me and my boyfriend out when we were in such a pinch. due to our apartment not being ready in time she was ready on short notice and such an amazing host and was so wonderfully kind. I had such an amazing stay and would come back again. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the summertime so close to the beach and amazing restaurants nearby Tammy‘s place is a 10 out of 10 and felt just like home. 🤍

I am so proud and thankful to God to have met Jean and all her neighboring environment and her family. It's been a very pleasant and satisfactory stay in a comforting homey accommodation that I wanted to prolong but couldn't due to obligations. The home furniture and appliances are splendid, I couldn't be more grateful to have a parking spot right in front of the door and to witness and utilize all those fabulous kitchen utensils, it was almost a paradise for those of us who like to cook. It was wonderful to observe all this wildlife, wild geese and swans, swimming on lagoon by the house while sitting on the living room couch and simply enjoying tea or dinner. Many thanks to Jean for allowing me to bring in both of my pet rescue kitties who were extremely well-behaved and happy and supported me during my stay. I bow down in front of Jean's superior knowledge both in hospitality and in interaction with both human and pet-friendly guests. I could only wish more hosts would be like Jean.

Suresh as a host was very pleasant. always ready and willing to communicate whatever was needed. we had an issue with one of the lightbulbs and Suresh was more than willing to help out as soon as possible to take care of the problem. apartment was clean on arrival. location wise, a melting pot of cultures all throughout the neighborhood offering different experiences in cuisine. bonus for being 5 minute walk to the train station.

Three generations of my family were comfortable sharing Jessica's house. The children and their parents slept upstairs, while the grandparents had the downstairs to ourselves. It was a perfect arrangement for getting a good night's sleep. The house is well organized and comfortable, with plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking, and has a pleasant porch for outside lounging. It is walking distance to a beach on the bay - a safer beach for small children than the ocean. All and all, a good experience!

Very comfortable older home. Understand that this is the owner's actually home, not a typical airbnb rental. As part of the arrangement, we took care of Emily's two cats while she was away; the kitties are friendly and pretty much independent (feed them dry food, fill water, clean the litter); they'll hang out and sit next to you on the couch in the evening. If you're not into kitties, just don't stay here. My granddaughter got to play with Emily's son's toys. I made use of the kitchen to bake pies for our family holiday gathering. Did not get to use the grounds (porch or yard), bc it was frigid cold this December. We all enjoyed the lovely Christmas tree set up in the living room. Emily was flexible about check-in/checkout times too. Thank you, Emily. >^..^<

This is a perfect spot in a magical place. Honestly the photos don’t do it justice. The views from the house are stunning. The deck is incredible and I loved listening to ocean waves all day and night. My friends and I had a great time. Will definitely be back! Thanks again.

This was a beautiful home and Marilyn was easy to get in touch with! The house is new so it was tricky to find at first with GPS, but after our first arrival, we had no problems. It’s a short distance from several cute shops and restaurants and many local wineries. We were a house of eight adults (four couples) and had plenty of space. We would definitely go back!

we visit family on Long Island a few times a year We really enjoyed this home, the location was very close to shopping! the beds were comfortable and we all enjoyed spending time in the great room

This house was awesome, it’s located in a quiet residential area but only a quick 10 minute drive to town. We had a group of 12 people and we slept very comfortably. Check in/check out was super easy, the house was furnished very well, and it came with all the essentials we needed. Cooked at the house and had all the cookware/utensils that you can think of. House was clean and the host was very friendly! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Love this place: history, mystique, comfort, unpretentious/rustic yet with great WiFi. Rambling, picture-book old house/farm with history intact, rare big stretch of land on the water with charming scenes in every direction. Rolling grounds, vegetable/herb garden. Best vibe/sense of culture, art, books, board games, a kitchen for cooking big meals, views on all sides from all rooms, walks by the bay a few yards away and around the estate's hidden paths. Very generous, attentive, laid back hosts. Ideally set up for groups, with two spacious sea-view living rooms and bedrooms spaced apart, plus wood-burning fireplace with tons of wood stacked. Perfect in December when we stayed and must be magical in warmer weather. Very near villages with chic shops/restaurants etc. Would not change a single thing. Will definitely return if it's ever available in any season.

This place was perfect to execute my daughter’s surprise sleepover. The house was just as described in the listing. Very clean and spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay great. I would definitely recommend to others. Although, I had no issues with the house itself. I will advise to others to be cautious as to where you park, if you need to park on the street. Neighbors are disgustingly rude and will give you a hard time if you park in front of their house and yes, it is a PUBLIC street. Apparently, from what I heard the entire block is like this and they will not hesitate to call the cops if you take “their spot”. Other than that I had no issues whatsoever with my stay, my daughter and her besties loved the house and wished they could of stayed for 20 days more lol 🙂
