Great hospitality and John welcomed us with great smile on his face. He even helped us in lifting our luggages to the flat.He is so helpful and kind .The flat looked same like we saw on the site . My kids thoroughly enjoyed with the goodies kept in the flat and our family had a peaceful and relaxing stay.Its near to most of the attractions in peak District

Clean and comfortable! Great jumping off point to explore the peaks district. Very reasonable walk to the centre of town with lots of food options. Do be wary of the stairs into the flat, as they are very steep, and the second bathroom is also very tight. People with mobility issues be aware of these limitations. Thanks for our stay, we had a lovely time.

We take a trip to Sheffield every year for snooker and always try to book in to Nicks place. The kitchen area is well equipped, the space is well set out and always clean. The little balcony overlooking a well maintained courtyard is a bonus when the weather is good enough to enjoy it. It has lots of restaurants, bars and shops locally and is a short, less than 15 minute, walk to the main centre. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Good location shops and restaurants walking distance, very comfortable room and quiet. I have stayed a couple of times and would go back again.

Had a really good time staying at Stephan’s place. He was super quick to respond to any messages, which made everything easy. The flat was clean and matched the listing. Check-in was smooth — the directions were clear (my bad for not reading them properly at first!). The location is great, really close to the city and a popular coffee spot. Staying for over 2 weeks in this property in Chesterfield was an excellent choice. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, overall neat. Easy access and within walking distance to Chesterfield town center, a 15 minute walk to Chesterfield train station and access to buses. The property has all the needed amenities, comfortable and a restful place to be. It is as featured in the photographs. Parking space for one vehicle. The advantage of choosing this property is it has 2 bathrooms, one for each bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, microwave, oven, stove, kettle and toaster. No coffeemaker machine but that's not an issue, Instant Nescafé coffee is provided, plus tea and condiments for cooking. Our host was very attentive and quick to respond. The front door opens with an app, also a pin number can be provided by the host, I suggest you get the pin number and use it as the connection with the app at times was slow. For sure, without a doubt, it is the place to stay.

With such a short notice Kiran responded to our request quickly. Information on given how to get there, sat nav will not take you direct to the property, and what was available in the local area was very useful. The accommodation was as described and extremely well presented. The whole flat was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. Matlock Bath and the area has lots to offer, to stay here with a beautiful view from the window is worth while. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Kiran.

Karl communicated well before our arrival and gave clear instructions about how to find the place. Check in was comprehensive with lots of tips for local things to do, places to eat and drink etc. Karl is super dog-friendly and our dog was made to feel very welcome - she loved the loan of the dog bed! Karl’s place is beautiful, homely and we were encouraged to explore his collections of books, games and so on. He’s thought of everything in terms of amenities, and we had an amazing, relaxing and straightforward stay. Buxton is lovely, with lots of great pubs and bars, and the property is right by the beautiful Pavilion Gardens (where the parkrun is, if you’re a runner!).

We had a lovely stay at this property! We booked extremely last minute due to other accommodation falling through and were pleasently surprised by how modern, clean, and comfortable the flat was. I would definitely book again.

a lovely place to stay, perfect for 1 person (though would fit two people). the host very kindly messaged prior to mention they supplied milk, butter + bread, noticed I was vegan and provided alternatives! there was tea + coffee provided, plus lots of seasonings and condiments in the cupboards should you need. comfortable bed, clean + tidy space and perfect for a 3 day trip. would definitely recommend :)

This was a beautiful place to stay. Anthony the host was friendly and helpful and came to greet us upon arrival. The apartment was delightful and the kids especially loved the mezzanine bedroom - a really exciting treat. We felt right at home and can't wait to come and visit again. 100% recommend this place for both couples and families with one or two children between the ages of 6-14.

An excellent and very pleasant place to stay, at a good price. The accommodation was thoughtfully presented, and pristine – the high standard of cleanliness was much appreciated by us. What a fantastic spot! The location is perfect for getting around the peaks and the setting couldn't be more peaceful. Being surrounded by farm animals and just a few other properties makes this the perfect place for undisturbed R&R. The house itself was exactly what we could have hoped for - if anything, the photos undersell it; it's a fantastic space and perfect for a couple. Everything was immaculate, the kitchen has everything you could want for those who prefer to cook at home, the bathroom is fab, (the shower is very powerful and just what you want after a long day walking, cycling or general exploration), and the living space is so light and homely. Mandy is the perfect host - she is super friendly, responsive and incredibly accommodating. We couldn't have asked for more. Her neighbours are also so sweet and accommodating - it was a delight interacting with everyone. Without a shadow of a doubt, we will be staying again. We loved it. .

Martin and Michelle were very friendly and helpful. We usually stay in hotels when we come to Sheffield for swimming but decided we wanted somewhere we could cater for ourselves this time and this place was very well equipped for that. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night so we slept very well. We also thought the record player was very cool.

Lovely stay for a long weekend, home from home. Julie was a lovely host and always responsive! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Lovely places like the Peak District and Hardwick Hall to visit, only a 20 min drive.

Had a lovely two night stay here. The place is perfect. It is well equipped in the kitchen. The place is easily walkable to the centre of Sheffield or there are buses close by. Would definitely recommend.

We booked this apartment because our son was going to a competition in Sheffield and all the options close the venue were booked out. In the end I am so glad I did. It looked so much better than the photos, very spacious and super clean. We had everything we needed and it felt like home. The location is great, close to the centre and shops. If we have more competitions in Sheffield in the future we will book again without doubt!

If you’re looking for a place to say close to the peaks but also able to easily get into town look no further. Stanage edge is only a 10 minutes drive out from the city; a 10 minute drive into the city will put you at the heart of Eccy road, loads of good pubs, restaurants & shops (if you are that way inclined). From what I recall it’s under 20 minutes into the city centre. The property itself is nicely decorated and laid out to relax after a long a day. It’s set slightly back from the main road but you will be able to faintly hear it should the windows be open; I can’t say it was enough to stop me from falling asleep. We had a great time, great location and accommodation. Gary was very proactive with suggestions and recommendations so we made the most of the time we had. We loved the Monsal Bine trail, taking the walk to and from the Anglers Rest and the local food and interesting villages.
