Deze authentieke Istrische semi-vrijstaande woning Villa Paradise is een deel van een ranch gelegen in het dorp Goli Vrh, op 7 kilometer afstand van Umag, de belangrijkste toeristische bestemming in Noordwest-Istrië. Als het enige huis in dit dorp is het omgeven door bossen en prachtige weilanden met grazende paarden en schapen, die ook een deel van het verhaal van deze ranch zijn. Het huis werd gebouwd in de 18e eeuw en het had de familie en hun werknemers die het omringende land kweekte geserveerd. Deze ranch biedt synergie van de natuur en het dagelijks leven: hier kunt u de productie van ECO schapenkaas zien gemaakt volgens het oude en traditionele 300-jarige recept en we bieden ook therapeutische, recreatief en professioneel paardrijden. Villa Paradise is volledig gerenoveerd in 2016 in de oorspronkelijke Istrische stijl en biedt zijn gasten een hoge standaard van comfort en authenticiteit. Gelegen op een omheind perceel van 1000m2, met een prachtig uitzicht over de weilanden en het platteland, biedt de villa haar gasten een buitenzwembad, een terras met barbecue om buiten te socialiseren, schapenkaas proeverij en paardrijden. Villa Paradise is voor 4-5 personen op 90m2 en beschikt over een volledig uitgeruste keuken, woonkamer en eetkamer met een tafel voor 6 personen, zitbanken (extra bed voor 1 persoon), een traditionele oude open haard, satelliet-tv, Wi-Fi en piano. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.
