My husband and I and our dog had a great stay at Susan’s place! Everything felt very clean, comfortable, and private! The best part of this place is the location to the beach and the beautiful live oak trees surrounding the place! The place is also very close to Southport, so we were able to shop a little and see some of the filming locations of Safe Haven during our visit. Susan was also very responsive whenever we had any questions! I would recommend staying here!

Candy and Dan were excellent hosts and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You know you have found a great place when you feel like you are staying at home. Candy and Dan's place has everything you need to enjoy Kure Beach and the surrounding area. We loved our visit and hope to be back soon!

This was SUCH a cute and perfect space. It is very clean, in a wonderful/safe neighborhood, and close to everything. I would highly recommend this spot. Donna is very responsive and a wonderful host!

Very close to everything downtown yet was able to just relax in the peaceful surroundings. Very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fabulous hosts. Some of the best I’ve met in my Airbnb experiences. Do not let the lack of indoor plumbing make you pass this one by. The outdoor shower has plenty of hot water and privacy. Right next to it is a sink with a large counter to put your stuff and a mirror on the wall. The chicken yard is right in front of this and you can talk to the girls as you groom. The compost toilet is on the end. Pretty much like a regular toilet and absolutely no smell. Everything is decorated with Martha’s lovely art work. The cabin is a nice size, comfy twin bed with a trundle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and fridge. Dishes are supplied. A really comfortable space, also decorated with Martha’s art. The bottle wall is beautiful. Sleep facing it so you can wake up to the sun coming through. Walk around the pond and fish. Beautiful lights at night highlight areas in the yard. I could go on but I’ve ran out of room. Thanks so much Martha and Shane for sharing this lovely space.

The Airbnb was very nice and perfect for me and my partner :) it was very close to the beach also!

She went above and beyond and making us feel welcome. It was just like coming home. She had everything there that you could think of. She even had robes for when you got in hot tub. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to go visit again. If there was 10 stars I would give those to her as well.

my partner and i went up to wilmington to get away for a moment for our birthdays, and this is definitely one of my favorite airbnb’s i’ve stayed at so far. super cozy and beautiful, i felt at home immediately and the owners were so sweet! we brought our dog, and he had an amazing time as well and appreciated the little touches for his experience too! 10/10, would definitely stay again.

Have a lovely stay at Jane’s place! Excellent furnishings in each room, soft linens, high ceilings, plenty of natural light, cleaned to perfection, filtered water, coffee and complimentary snacks available, bath robes and plush towels. She has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. And even took the time to recommend spectacular restaurants within walking distance. No car needed to enjoy the downtown shops, river walk, and restaurants. Definitely stay here to experience the splendor of Wilmington ❤️

Cozy and welcoming suite. Came into town to visit with family and the suite was a good size for me (party of 1). The shower was very spacious which I appreciate and the suite was clean and as described. There are chickens on property (in a separate fenced area) but they aren’t disruptive at all and quite cute to be honest 😃. Hosts were super responsive and that was very much appreciated.

Perfect place for our trip to Southport and Oak Island! Was a short walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to downtown Southport. We fell in love with the coffee shop at the end of the street! Would stay here again!

Excellent value and great hosts. We enjoyed the entire stay. The home was exactly what the description and pictures showed. The dogs were also a great treat in particular “Boss”. 2 Breakfast spots to note and just down the street…The Manor House and also Dog House Grill. Both great values and excellent food/service. Thanks again to Brandy and family, we will return!

Christi's place was a perfect weekend getaway! The pool house was spotless & super charming. So appreciate when hosts include plenty of extra towels & blankets. Robes were a nice touch + the pool & outdoor shower were an extra special plus for this area. We walked or biked to the beach access & restaurants to get around. You really don't need your car once you arrive unless you want to go to a more elevated restaurant outside of Carolina Beach. We hardly did any research on CB before arriving & loved the casual nature of everything but took our car out one of the nights for dinner. The beach bikes & the bed could be upgraded but overall the other perks of the accommodations outweighed this & we would recommend Christi's place.

Great location for us. Friends and beach close. Hope to visit again soon. I would recommend staying in this beautiful house.

Jennifers space was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom had extra towels, and the overall space was super cute and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the most beautiful and serene Airbnbs my fiancé and I have ever stayed in. The neighborhood is quiet, the interior decor is magical and cozy, and Su was so kind and accommodating of our early check-in request. The amenities were also top-notch - from the linen sheets to the high end shower head. We wanted to know every brand so we could buy it for our own home. Anytime we visit Wilmington we will look to see if we can stay here again!

Very cute place clean, modern decor, and maintained. Plus close to all the downtown happenings. Just as described, but please know that the two parking spots are not two large spots. If you are driving large vehicles I think it is more like one parking spots. It’s a tight fit. We would stay again and recommend this place for a couple or a party of one.

We were completely satisfied and then some. Took our own coffee but didn’t need it. We enjoyed the space and found it completely accommodating. All of the greenery on the side porch provided privacy as well as atmosphere. Lots of functional nostalgia that worked well alongside modern amenities. The bathroom was super lean and up to date and the shower large enough for two with plenty of hot water. The only thing disappointing about the trip was the theater production that we were there to attend. We left at intermission mostly because the play was not to our liking but rather than looking for something else to do of which there was plenty we opted to return to the Carriage House and enjoyed a beautiful rainfall on the metal roof. We can’t say enough how perfectly the space accommodated our wants and needs. We both agreed that it will be our spot in Wilmington from now on. Accommodations are important to us and we were not disappointed.
