We offer our guests a two-room apartment of about 50 square meters consisting of a living area with kitchen and sofa-bed, a bedroom with double bed and possibly an additional single bed, and a private bathroom with shower. The apartment has a kitchen (complete with everything) with a welcome bottle of water, cold / hot air conditioning, free wi-fi, flat screen TV, bath and bed linens, shower shampoo / soap, shower caps , slippers (on request), hairdryer and safe. The apartment is located inside a historic mansion of the '700, where you can visit the old mill, a historic library and a family chapel. A buffet breakfast with sweet and savory food is served in a pretty courtyard or inside the hall of the tanks of the ancient mill, tastefully renovated. You can also use the swimming pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by secular olive-groves. The apartment is just minutes away, by car, from the seafront in Rossano, the town center and the beautiful old town!

Splendido appartamento con terrazzino SUL MARE ristrutturato nel 2021 Aria condizionata e pompa di calore cucina ad induzione Soluzione adatta alle famigli la posizione sul mare e sugli stabilimenti balneari,lungomare tranquillo di giorno con ampie spiagge di sabbia ed un mare basso e pulito; la sera offre un panorama ricco di colori e folclore e un lungomare animato da bar, ristoranti e giochi, A 3 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro del paese e la fermata bus provenienti dal Nord Italia.

If you're looking for a real, quiet, relaxing vacation in a ancient town of Calabria, the house suits your needs. Pietrapaola is an old town, 12 km far from the Ionic sea. Nowdays only 200 people live here. My father renovated the ancient family house: a two floor old Stone house with a gorgeous view on the Calabrian Sea. It's perfect for a couple who is discovering the old tradition of Calabria. Important: The only way to get to our house in Pietrapaola is by car. No public transport or taxi

Primo livello invece camera ampia con terrazzo panoramico. Il bagno è ampio con doccia e vaso bidè.

The apartment is on the ground floor. It was the old house of my grandparents, whom they built with their own hands with the support (solidarity) of the women of the village. They bore on their heads the stones that make up the structure of the wall. The reward? Dances and wine all night. Self-taught organist, my grandfather played and my grandmother welcomed all people.
