The loft perfectly meets the requirements for business and tourist life. Cozy bedroom, functional kitchen with kitchenware, workspace and dining area. The Internet is enough for videos and special programs. The location next to the southern railway station ensures optimal use of public transport. On Sundays, an almost oriental bazaar with cheap products can add significant variety to the usual set of products. The English-speaking host provides maximum possible help and care. I want to come back here.

Location en toute autonomie, de l'arrivée au départ, mes instructions sont tres claires et precises, l'appartement est situé à 8 mn de la gare et 5/20 minuntes à pieds de du centre grand place. C'est ideal. Super appartement pour découvrir Bruxelles. Nous avons passes un tres agreable long week end.

Hôte disponible facilement en cas de besoin, même à distance. Logement confortable (sauf peut-être le canapé-lit un peu fatigué) et nickel. A 2 min à pieds d’un arrêt de tram qui emmène au centre-ville en 15 min. Zone résidentielle très calme. C’est idéal. Petit extérieur agréable. Thierry donne de bons conseils pour découvrir Bruxelles et y manger. Chouette quoi!

First, we loved how walkable it was, super close to shops, restaurants, even the Grand Place! Second, it was huge, with two bathrooms – one Western, one Chinese. But the Western shower was a bit wonky; it wobbled when the water was on. That leaky ceiling in that bathroom freaked us out the first day, but we got over it. Third, the kitchen was great – fully stocked, microwave, oven, and a massive fridge. Trash pickup was a bit of a mystery though; it's only on certain days. They did not provide trash bags, only enough for one or two night stays, but not over at least three nights. The washing machine was a lifesaver, we all really appreciated it. We all really needed to do laundry, especially after five nights without it in the Netherlands. That ping pong table was a nice touch, especially after a long day, but lugging heavy suitcases up to the room's gonna be a pain.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Il était beau, bien équipé et très confortable. Même si nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup de temps pour profiter pleinement de l'espace en raison de nos activités, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre nuit. Je tiens à remercier Sylvain pour sa compréhension, car j'ai eu un léger retard pour libérer l'appartement en raison du trafic. J'ai bien pris soin de l'informer et j'ai laissé les clés dans la boîte aux lettres comme convenu. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j'espère avoir l'occasion de revenir à l'avenir. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité !

We really loved staying here. We were a party of 3, and we luckily ran into one of the co-hosts when we arrived. He promptly explained (in French) where everything is and opened the door for us. The language wasn't an issue because I speak a bit of French and used a translation app for everything else I needed to know on the spot. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the apartment. Everything smelled fresh and clean, it was a really nice space. The hosts live upstairs, so this is something you should take into consideration if you decide to stay here. We didn't mind, as they did not disrupt us in any way (it was actually helpful that they were there!). The area is quiet, but it's quite far from the city centre. We chose this place specifically as it was close to the Forest Arena, and we wanted to attend a concert there. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and we recommend this place wholeheartedly. The hosts are really nice and were fast to answer any requests we had.

We had a great stay in Brussels in this beautiful apartment. We appreciated the responsive communication, flexibility with check in, and the great location. Only suggestion would be to have some updated photos as the appliances in the listing were not actually available (Nespresso machine and fans upstairs).

L'endroit est tout simplement magnifique, avec une vue à couper le souffle ajoutant à son charme, une vue panoramique à 360 degrés, permettant de profiter pleinement de la beauté environnante sous tous les angles. Une expérience vraiment unique et mémorable ! L'appartement est spacieux, agréable et parfaitement rangé, avec un niveau de propreté impeccable. De plus, l'hôte a été très accueillant et réactif à nos besoins. Le parking était également un atout précieux. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour un séjour inoubliable !

El piso de Hernán está ubicado en Ixelles, una zona de Bruxelles muy elegante y tranquila. Muy cerca están zonas de ocio muy cool y la parada del tram está en frente del piso para llegar fácilmente al casco histórico de Bruxelles. Muy cerca hay gimnasio y supermercado. El piso es muy acogedor y luminoso y tiene de todo para estar como en casa. Estuvimos dos semanas por trabajo con nuestros dos perritos y si tendremos que volver a Bruxelles repetiremos seguro.

logement spacieux avec équipements au top Proche du centre ville, génial pour les séjours touristiques de quelques jours, proximité d'un arrêt de métro pour aller en 20 min a l'Atomium. Seul bémol : l'environnement très moyen au vu de la population qui traine le soir dans le quartier. je vous conseille de rester dans le logement et de profiter du sauna, billard et jacuzzi pour éviter de mauvaise rencontre

Primeira vez em Brussels e nos sentimos realmente em casa no espaço do Dimitri. bairro calmo, com vários supermercados próximos e muito bom para caminhar. O espaço estava muito limpo e tinha tudo que vc precisa, além da cama muito confortável, foi a melhor que dormi num Airbnb. Dimitri é uma ótimo anfitrião, respondia rapidamente, deixou guardar as malas porque chegamos mais cedo e conseguiu um ventilador porque fez muito calor nos dias que ficamos lá. Tudo isso fez a diferença para nós enquanto ficamos lá, então com certeza darei 5 estrelas em todos aspectos. Muito obrigada!

Agnieszka is extremely accommodating, customer-oriented, and responds very quickly to any questions or requests. We felt very comfortable from the very beginning and would be happy to come back anytime. We can warmly recommend this place to everyone!
