Green Apartment Catania, few steps from Cathedral.

The living room is equipped with Smart TV 55" with all streaming plattforms and a selection of Italian, English and french books. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils to hopefully meet your every need. The bedrooms with the characteristic vaulted roofs are equipped with double windows to eliminate any external noise, memory foam beds and charging stations for electronic devices. The winter garden is the gem of the house, a wonderful green oasis where you can relax. Near all the most important services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, trattorias, bars and pubs in the historic center, our apartment is an ideal solution to enjoy a peaceful corner while being in the center of Catania nightlife. ROOMS The sleeping area has been designed to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Each room is equipped with modern fixtures, a very comfortable memory foam double bed and a queen-size sofa bed. In addition, each guest will have a workstation for recharging their electronic devices. LIVING ROOM In our spacious and welcoming living area, you can relax reading one of the many books made available for our guests or watch movies and TV series in the 55 "Smart TV, equipped with terrestrial channels and digital" Fire TV "support that will allow you to access to popular streaming platforms like Prime Video, Netflix, Infinity and DAZN. KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils to meet your every need: stove, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, kettle, scale, toaster and iron. OUTDOOR SPACE: In our winter garden, in addition to enjoying our fabulous green corner, adorned with beautiful plants, you can also use the washing machine. The nearest bus stop is just 50 meters away, and the apartment is 700 meters from the bus station of Piazza Paolo Borsellino, bus departure and arrival point for all the most important destinations of the city and stop of the "Alibus", the bus that allows you to reach the city center from the airport and vice versa. The nearest Metro stop is 1 km away (Stesicoro Station). Attico Barocco

Elegante attico di 135mq nel cuore del Barocco catanese, servito da ascensore, con terrazza panoramica su via Etnea, piazza Università. L'appartamento si compone di ampia zona giorno, con cucina attrezzata (lavastoviglie, forno, piano ad induzione, macchina del caffè), e due ampie suites matrimoniali con bagno privato. Dotato di aria condizionata/riscaldamento, WIFI, TV in ogni stanza, lavabiancheria, asciugacapelli, è stato interamente ristrutturato con uno stile ricercato, dal design moderno.

Le recensioni dei nostri ospiti sono la migliore presentazione della casa Piazza Duomo con la Cattedrale di Sant'Agata, la Pescheria, Castello Ursino, Monastero dei Benedettini, ristoranti, negozi e vivace vita notturna intorno a voi, a circa 300 metri. Suite San Calogero has an amazing location in a vibrant neighborhood between the fish market and Castello Ursino. Walking distance are the famous fish market, the main square in Catania - Piazza Duomo and many restaurants and bars. It is located on the second floor of an antique building and it has been totally renovated with high quality materials, trying to preserve the original features like the sicilian cement tiles, the antique wooden doors and the amazing ceiling decorations.
