One Super king converts to a twin room on request. It has a loft style feel with its vaulted ceilings. 2 ensuite high spec bathrooms with Heat Recovery Ventilation. Ideal base for short winter/summer weekend breaks or holidays with beach 20 min away or Dartmoor 5 mins. Pubs, eateries, shops and wine bar a hopping distance away.

The garden studio is a small, self-contained annex on the ground floor of my home. It is hidden away in a courtyard just off the main street. It has convenient shops including an organic store, a small co-op supermarket as well as cafés, pubs, and takeaways. The garden studio has a double futon bed with superior mattress with en-suite shower room with a small kitchen area a washing machine and central heating. A small outside patio eating/sitting area within a lovely south facing garden.
