Cozy 3- bedroom home with small town charm

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We have plenty of room for the whole family or have the whole place to yourself! Ashland is the perfect place to disconnect and revel in small town life. This is an older home that is recently remodeled. There is an unfinished basement in the home that is not part of the living space in this listing. We do allow access to the basement as we are in tornado alley. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for any unapproved pets in our home!

Come and enjoy our peaceful country setting surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife. We have a walking trail with a couple of exercise stations and 2 holes of pasture golf and 2 baskets for disc golf. This home away from home is located close to the park, hospital, Meade County Historical Museum, and the Dalton Gang Hideout. The Meade County Fairgrounds is located within a 5 minute drive. This home has 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bath, and a fold out couch in the living room so the property will sleep 6. A spacious kitchen with a coffee/tea/Snack bar is located within the kitchen area. There is a smart TV which is loaded with MANY streaming applications. Exercise Bike and workout DVD'S.

Clean and quiet place to stay while you are passing through Minneola. No pets (will make exceptions for service dogs special situations, however owner approval is required), no smoking of any kind. Family of 4 can fit comfortably or if you are traveling here for work with a work crew, no more then 2 adults.
