It has been converted into comfortable accommodation sleeping 4 in two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Every attempt has been made to preserve the original components of the water tower . This studio annexe is on the edge of Claverdon within easy reach of Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon and Henley In Arden. Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed farm house, it has a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The annexe has glorious views of the Warwickshire countryside and spectacular sunsets. Plenty of good walking / cycling and a short walk through the fields to a peaceful pond. The space can accommodate a blow up bed and there is a travel cot available on request.
