The Tinshed was Great!! We will 100% stay here again - we loved the location because it was so close to river surfing, biking and hiking. Cute decorations and loved outside seating area which was fun after a busy day. We really enjoyed the flexibility to cook meals at the Tinshed but we also loved all resturants within a block or two. Sweeties sandwiches Topo Coffee and Moonlight Pizza were all great.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a chilly Spring weekend with a dusting of snow so we snuggled up by the fire, read books and enjoyed cooking in the very well appointed kitchen. We look forward to coming back soon! Beautiful and comfortable home!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming house in Leadville! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much care and attention had gone into making this place special. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We especially loved waking up to the mountain views and sipping coffee on the porch in the crisp morning air. Every amenity we could’ve needed was thoughtfully provided, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfy beds and extra blankets. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in a breeze and offering great local tips. Whether you’re visiting for skiing, hiking, or just a quiet getaway, this place is an absolute treasure. We can't wait to go back!

Location and house was exactly as described and photos were accurate. There were many good reviews of the house and I agree with them all. The house overlooked the mountains and Salida was only 8 min away. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, but close to town by car. The house was centrally located for all the activities in south Colorado. Sand dunes (~90 min away and highly recommend visiting) and tons of national/state forests which were all 30-90 min from the house, which gave hiking and any other activities very convenient. Salida had grocery stores, coffee shops and lots of restaurants, so eating out or cooking in were all easy. House had 3 very nice bedrooms all with there own bathroom and a nice usable kitchen that was well stocked for cooking. Overall beautiful house with great views and great location.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood near Main Street. Eric was very responsive and accommodating, and the home was clean and nicely furnished. It was very cold in BV the day we checked in and took a while to warm up, but was cozy and the gas stove created a nice ambiance.

This was nothing short of perfect. Everything that the house offered was ideal for a relaxing weekend getaway. Hosts were responsive, and dedicated to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The hottub, sauna, cold plunge, AND steam shower make this Airbnb an ideal Colorado stay, while nestled right below the collegiate peaks. It had such a warm and homey feeling that made leaving to explore and adventure hard when all you want to do is stay and enjoy this beautiful home. I will definitely be back and can’t recommend this Airbnb enough

This is a fabulous condo in an excellent location, just a few steps from the lifts. It was warm, cosy, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed! Highly recommended!

We loved this spot on Copper Mountain. It’s minutes from the lifts and all of Center Village’s restaurants and shops. The pull out couch was not the most comfortable, but Krissy’s team was attentive to our needs. We ended up using a blow up mattress from one of our family members.

Great place to stay. Within walking distance to the slopes and downtown area. Clean accommodations. Friendly and responsive host. Would have liked a better view, but overall it was fine as we were hardly there. Would stay there again.

Clint and Carina have a wonderful place located in Breckenridge. Just a short walk from downtown. I’ve rented many places in Breckenridge and the location of this place was amazing because of the ease of walk to the city. Plus being able to ski in at the end of the day was awesome. It’s just a short walk to the snowflake chair which got my heart going in the morning, which was perfect. Carina‘s communication through the course of my stay was awesome. I haven’t started planning my trip for next year, but I would easily stay in this location if it’s available thanks again Carina and Clint for allowing me and my family to utilize your home.

This place is amazing! Hidden away but close to everything. It’s a large space yet supper cozy with beautiful surroundings areas. Wonderful for families. The host was super attentive. Hope we can come back and stay here again. We loved it.

Booked this for a family ski trip. Lifts were accessible and the end of day run came to our parking lot. Restaurants in Breckenridge were an easy walk. Larry was very accessible with any questions and the place was perfect for our family!

Jesse was a great host and gave super helpful instructions about the place, parking instructions and general information. The condo looked exactly like the pictures and was spacious and incredibly convenient. Overall, a great experience and I would book again.

Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.

We loved our stay here! The cabin was beautiful and located in such a peaceful area. Jay was incredibly helpful and proactive in making sure we found it okay, telling us to use Google maps instead, and even put Christmas lights out on the sign to make it even easier for us. The booklet inside had lots of great recommendations as well. We stayed her to ski at Breck and it was a great location, only a 25-30 minute drive to the hill. Also close to a few small towns where you can get a good bite to eat or grab groceries. absolutely LOVED everything about this place it was a steal.

Our cabin was beautiful! Our private pool was EPIC. Very clean, natural, and remained at the perfect temperature the entire time. My fiance and I enjoyed the privacy, beautiful scenery, the sound of the river, etc. We even utilized the kitchen and made stuffed mushrooms for dinner! The pellet stove created a calm ambience at night time. We felt the stress melt away...Thankyou 🩷

Beautiful cabin just far enough off the main road but not too far up the mountain. Very quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. The hot tub was amazing! The house was perfect, we loved the fireplace! Super excited to see a fox walk across the back porch and lots of tracks along the property! Definitely need 4WD if you’re going when it snows, especially if you are going to Breckenridge.

The cabin was absolutely perfect . This stay was no stress on us and allowed our vacation to be wonderful. Definitely going to stay again in future and highly recommend to my friends .

The place was cute; looked like the pictures. I really enjoyed the large windows and views. It was quiet and peaceful. I loved the stocked kitchen and comfortable bed with view of snow out the bedroom window. Overall, it was a great stay!

This was the second time staying here, but it won't be the last. Exceptional host and home.

Finding a cozy place in Breckenridge for the family and dog that’s not over priced is a quest. We were lucky to land in Erin and Jim’s lovely A frame cabin in March, and again in April. It’s less than 10 minutes from the peak 8 gondola and Breckenridge’s busy downtown. The cabin is warm and welcoming as can be, and sits on a beautiful piece of land with views of hills, mountains, and lucky for us, lots of falling snow. We’ll be back again!
