It was the perfect place just outside the cities for a short stay! Home is in great location and weather sitting in hot tub or by the fire at night, picturesque views! Would definitely recommend staying here! James and Angela Sandvig

Had an “emergency” booking at the last minute and asked if it was possible to get access early. The hosts responded so quickly and were so accommodating to our request. The place was great with a nice “hangout” area and huge bedrooms. It’s a beautiful view and the hot tub is nice and warm and close to the house. Easy to find and nice and close to the cities but far enough to feel like a vacation!

We had an excellent stay! The home was even better than described and so peaceful. We are already talking about when we can return!

my boyfriend and i booked this cabin as a couple’s getaway to celebrate his birthday and it was perfect! the cabin itself was so cozy, but still very modern and sleek! however, the highlight of this property has to be the beautiful lake views and the hot tub! we spent a lot of time on the outdoor couch just relaxing and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere :) a couple things worth noting are the griddle was pretty dirty and covered in old solidified grease which was a bit disappointing since we had already bought food to cook on there and didn’t get to do that as planned, but this wasn’t a hugeee deal to us tho and wasn’t worth lowering the rating over. additionally, response time could be a little faster but i understand that it’s the weekend and people are busy! katie was very friendly otherwise and i’d definitely recommend her cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

I can’t stop saying how amazing and wonderful our stay was here. This place is AMAZING. It was perfect and then some for what we wanted. There was SO MUCH SPACE. We could all hangout together very comfortably which was amazing for a big group. Right on the water with a beautiful yard for yard games. Everything was just absolutely amazing. Brent was extremely kind and communicative! I literally cannot wait to come back and stay here again!!

The Cheerful little cabin was perfect for a girl's getaway with college friends. The views of the lake was the perfect backdrop when sitting in the living room or out on the patio. The kitchen was stocked with essentials that allowed us to cook some delicious meals. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful little cottage, perfect for our family of three! Great fishing and less than an hour from the Twin Cities. The cabin was clean and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Cabin was perfect for our winter/spring trip, it snowed while we were there and the owner had someone shovel the walkway and plow the driveway, excellent service & adorable place!

It was a great place all around. My daughter got married in the area & we used the house as a pre wedding area. Beautiful location & big enough to house all the girls! Definitely would be a great place for a family gathering!

Perfect spot for lots of family to stay together right outside of Faribault. Lots of space and really comfortable - we spent every morning and evening sitting together in the living room looking out onto the lake and hanging out. Great spot to recharge after long days of activities. Hosts were very friendly and quick to answer any questions I had over text. I've recommended it to all my Minnesota Family for a nice getaway or a place to have out of town family stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Loondocks, and yes - you’re bound to see some loons! We love being on the lake & with a dock to catch some good views & good fish. The bedroom on the main floor has the MOST comfortable bed. We felt well rested & relaxed at this stay.

We needed a place to stay for a few weeks while we closed down a business. This was a great location and place to unwind after long, hard work days. We needed to extend the stay a couple of times as it was taking longer than we expected to finish up at our business. Mitch was great to work with. We enjoyed ice fishing and ice skating on the lake and celebrated Christmas while we were there. They even had the house decorated with a Christmas tree when we arrived. Mitch said the cabin was newly remodeled and we agreed that it very nice. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for either a weekend or a multi-week stay.

Spacious home large enough for the whole extended family with all the amenities of home. The house was situated on a sizable lot adjacent to Mink Lake, which was beautiful and also so nice to view right from the dock.

Perfect cabin for a couples getaway. There is a beautiful view of the lake and the cabin was recently remodeled, so everything feels brand new. It was spotless. Close to the cute town of Annandale with a brewery, little shops, and restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate to return, thanks for having us!

I could not have wished for a better place for my first visit to Minnesota. Immediately upon arriving, the cabin felt so welcoming. Luxurious but in a super comfortable way. I also loved the well equipped kitchen for cooking on nights in. The view of the lake was just so stunning.
