We loved the cottage feel and felt so cozy there! Beds were so comfortable and it was exactly as described. The hosts were very responsive and had someone come fix the lock mechanism right away. We really appreciated a place where our dog was welcome. The hosts were friendly and so helpful. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly. It’s a beautiful area, and we were able to walk to downtown for the festival. We hope to stay here again!

This house was great! Just what we needed for a nice get away with the dog. It’s not far from the heart of the city but far enough to be out of the crazy traffic. Danny was a great host. Straight forward instructions and very responsive! We will definitely stay at this house again the next time we come to Nashville!

beautiful place peaceful surroundings. very clean and comfortable. neat well stocked. the only issue i had was my own. also I couldn't figure out how to get the door to lock, but it was so quiet and peaceful, even though it was in the middle of the city, I left it just closed. went to get dinner, and thought it was locked, but I guess I did it wrong. Anyway, after discovering that there was no longer a reason to ask how, so i never even mentioned it. all was well. it wasn't bothered at all when we came back from the restaurant. I highly recommend staying here. it was perfect!

We loved our stay at the gingerbread house. We felt immediately at home with all of the small details that shows they went above and beyond thinking about their guests. Forgot a toothbrush at home? No worries, they got you. Need a few extra bobby pins? They’ve got that too. Splitting headache? They have a fully stocked medicine cabinet just in case. This truly felt like home away from home. Traveling with two toddlers that’s exactly what I was looking for.

Spacious house worked well for our family of 7. Fenced back yard was perfect for kids and dog. We would stay again.

My family stayed at Thomas' house for 10 days in April. I really can't say enough about the house. I do admit that I did no cooking (I'm on vacation), but the kitchen was very well appointed and had every utensil that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and I especially loved the master bathroom with all of the shelves and closet areas and, the shower was great. The weather was fantastic when we were there, so we spent a lot of time on the deck and on the screened in porch. It was also in a great neighborhood, very quiet, and nice neighbors. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and walking in the neighborhood. Thomas advised me of some great neighborhood parks to walk the dog and ourselves so we did that every day of our visit. We enjoyed eating at Hattie B's in Franklin and a restaurant called Puckett's in downtown Franklin. Everyone needs to go to the Grand Ole Opry and the bars downtown Nashville for live music. We will definitely stay at Thomas' house again. Enjoy!!!

This Airbnb was truly a slice of heaven for my family and I. Butch is a great host and created a peaceful space. The house is extremely clean and well stocked. Leiper’s Fork has a tiny downtown that is an 8 minute walk away!! Great live music, great food…and even better people watching. We have all already decided that we will definitely come back.

I couldn’t have been happier with my stay! The location is great, close enough to the all the major attractions without the chaos of downtown Nashville! Also, close to great restaurants, cute parks, and coffee shops! The host were also amazing — incredibly friendly and inviting and very informative about the area and the Airbnb itself, providing a great guide for any questions you may have regarding the unit!

We had the most relaxing and peaceful stay at Debbie’s place! This was our 2nd out of state move out for our college student and it was so stress free and we felt like we were right home. Debbie and her pup are the sweetest and the hospitality was unmatched! The apartment was so clean and immaculate and felt SO safe, plus the neighborhood is beautiful! Beds are the best and so comfortable, and there was absolutely nothing we needed - Debbie had everything and more - from sweet homemade treats, to the best stocked kitchen and refrigerator! I wish we could have stayed a few more nights and we will definitely be back in the fall for move in 🖤💛⚓️! Thankful for this hidden treasure!!

We had a great trip in Nashville marks place was clean and easy to get around town from this location. Would recommend staying here much cheaper than a hotel and just good overall place. Good job guys

When visiting Leipers Fork area with dogs, this place is perfect! Michelle is a superhost, and we absolutely would stay again if in the area. Super comfortable king bed in bedroom, well appointed kitchen, and a lovely living room. Wonderful stay:)

The apartment was so easy to access and beautifully well kept. The beds were super comfortable and that shower head pressure was the shining star. Haha Julie was quick to respond and very friendly! She gave recommendations for things to do and even shared her fresh chicken eggs with us! Such a beautiful area and an exceptional hostess! We will definitely be back!

Carol’s place was phenomenal. We were looking for a place to stay that was outside of the city but still close enough to get there easily. Everything was incredibly clean and well kept. Carol was very responsive when it came to check in and check out. We loved sitting outside every morning and enjoying the peace and quiet with a cup of coffee. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We got into town earlier than check in time and since they had the space ready, they allowed us to check in sooner. The space was very homey and comfortable and perfect for our stay. The location was great for visiting downtown Franklin and also easy access to Nashville. Highly recommended this place and host!

Very beautiful place in Nashville. The location is great, very easy to get to everything. This location was quiet which was so nice. Very spacious unit. The 2 large Masters were huge. 3rd bedroom with bunks was small but did the trick- this 3 rd bedroom shares a bathroom with one of the masters but worked fine. The living and kitchen area were so big and lovely! Your hosts are very responsive- parking was underneath covered. Don't get thrown off by it being in a "complex"- very small complex. We only saw one other couple the whole weekend. Clean and lovely!

Very nice stay, especially for the price. We didn’t realize that it had two separate bedrooms, so that was a pleasant surprise. Very very quiet, near nice places and a cute town!

Stayed for a weekend with a big group of friends! It was a fabulous stay. Mark and Erin were amazing hosts! There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably considering our group size. This was my first time in Nashville, we came to celebrate my boyfriend and I’s anniversary. We were close to the city but just far enough out where it was calm too. Only 10 mins from downtown and easy Lyft ride. Close to a lot of attractions, host was really easy to get ahold of, place was clean, neighbors were very friendly too! Pet friendly place and my pup adjusted well ! Loved it here! We will be back! Thank you James! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if ever in this area. Renesha was so easy to deal with and so kind… and the place was very cozy and clean. The land is beautiful, and I especially loved the lighting lining the driveway. Highly recommend.
