Gemütliches freistehendes Ferienhaus mit Charme

Geniesse ruhige erholsame Ferien in Drano / Valsolda gleich 5 Km nach der Grenze (Gandria) zwischen Lugano und Porlezza. Hier kannst Du in unserem Ferienhaus herrliche Sonnentage mit einer herrlichen Aussicht auf den Luganer See geniessen. Unser freistehendes 3½ Zimmer-Einfamilienhaus mit separatem Grotto und mit einem SPA Pool liegt an sehr ruhiger, sonniger Aussichtslage gleich neben dem alten Dorfkern von Drano im Valsolda. Es weist einen komfortablen neueren Ausbau auf und ist sehr hell .

Luxury Bungalow for 6/8 people on Pusiano's Lake

Our campsite is located in Eupilio, 47 km from Lugano and 45 km from Milan. It offers a restaurant, three swimming pools outdoor (only in summertime), including one with slides for children and free WiFi. The units are equipped with parquet floors, kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dining area, fridge and freezer; Satellite TV and private bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer. The property provides towels and bed linen at an additional cost. The campsite also has a children's play area.

Small house with lake view. pool + garden + sun

The small house is situated slightly outside and up from the village. It has a wonderful view over the lake and mountains and catches the evening sun until late. The house is very very simple and very basic but has been refurnished with a small pool, private garden and BBQ. It has two parking spaces. A local 24 hour supermarket is 3 minutes’ walk, and there is easy walking access by bus and train to Lugano, Milan and Como. There is easy access to the local lake ferry boat service too.

Strutture per il barbecue e diverse aree per accomodarsi sono disponibili proprio accanto alle yurte. Nel nostro agricampeggio troverete i bagni e cucina in comune nelle vicinanze. Arrivo via Rasa, trasporto dei bagagli con la nostra funivia da Sassalto.

Einfamillienbungalow in ruhiger und zentraler Lage in Lavena Ponte Tresa am Luganer See auf der Italienischen Seite. Das Haus wurde im Jahr 2021 komplett neu renoviert und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, 2 Bäder, Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin und Ausgang zum Garten. Sep. Esszimmer mit direktem Gartenzugang. Seeblick vom Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie vom Garten. Der See ist ca. 50 Meter entfernt mit öffentlichem Badesteg und Leiter.

Living in the oasis with breakfast and lake view

My property is located in Ticino, in the region of Gambarogno. The house is located within a protected Natural Park with a wonderful view. The house has a fantastic garden (Permaculture) with pergola and more. The area is known for its diverse cultural events and of course for its beautiful hiking trails.
