Loved staying here and would stay again for sure! Check in was the only downside because someone had extended their stay in the place we’d booked but thankfully they quickly got us sorted with another room via messaging app whose name Airbnb wants me to remove before publishing (make sure you have data!). The other minor inconvenience is that to use the pool you can’t just go up in the lift like the instructions on the listing say, you have to register your name and passport number with the security office in the hotel and they let you into the lift (it requires a different card). Not complicated after you’ve done it once but a heads up wouldn’t have gone amiss. Other than that we loved our stay here! Great location, good facilities, great shower and comfy bed.

We had a hiccup with check-in and once that’s sorted, it’s a beautiful stay and lovely hosts. The apartment is welcoming and thoughtfully furnished. It is as described in the listing and photos. Our highlight is the robot vacuum that is available for a quick clean up, extremely useful for stays more than a week. Mei is quick to answer any questions and proactive in recommending restaurants and places of interest. Thanks again Mei!

Great place, very peaceful although centre of town, feels exactly like in Bali, very spacious, big pool.

Mohan was a great host. The condo is as described in the websites. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

It was a unique hotel experience that combined both practicality and comfort. The hotel's proximity to the metro was an amazing advantage, providing easy access to different parts of the city. The joy of having food courts just steps away from the hotel cannot be overstated – it allowed for enjoying a variety of cuisines without much effort. Despite occasional noise from the nearby highway, the hotel exuded a peaceful atmosphere indoors. The restaurant served superb breakfasts, and the pool and gym were fantastic amenities for staying active during the trip. It was very convenient to have a supermarket within walking distance, where everything necessary could be purchased. The presence of an international clinic nearby was an additional plus, especially for those needing medical certificates for visa formalities. Overall, this hotel perfectly combined a convenient location, various amenities, and friendly service, making my stay comfortable and memorable.

The initial unit assigned to us had issues with the dining furniture and quite dim. Ashley was very kind and cooperative and moved us to another unit. The new unit was more comfortable and better equipped. During our stay, we encountered a few minor issues and Ashley responded very promptly and had those issues taken care of very quickly, like less than an hour. Overall, this is actually the 5th time we are staying at this location and have been very satisfied with the apartment units, the location, amenities and services provided. And the unit provided this particular stay was the best so far and the kitchen was better equipped with kitchenware and tableware.

Easy check-in and clear instructions. Place was spacious and affordable, definitely worth the price and would visit again!
