Great place at Nicol’s. The unit location is very close to the pool so the kids has easier access. The room is pretty, clean and as per photos. Top notch service from Nicol, i left my sweater there and she helped me arranged courier post delivery to my malaysia address. Will definitely be back to this unit one day..

**First-Time Check-In Experience** During our initial check-in, we noticed the room had an issue with fruit flies or drain flies. We immediately contacted the staff, and they were very responsive—they quickly arranged a new room for us. The second room was much better in terms of cleanliness and overall condition. **Room Feedback** The first room’s toilet had a noticeable drain smell, which was a bit unpleasant. In the second room, the only minor issues were a non-working ventilation fan in the bathroom and slightly yellowish pillowcases. These are small fixes that could easily be addressed. **Positive Highlights** The balcony offered a fantastic view, even though it was a bit small. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the prompt service from the staff. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable! We’ll definitely consider staying here again if we’re in the area. Cheers!

Great stay! The unit was extremely clean and tidy. We brought two infants, and had no issues. Nearby restaurants too. Thanks Mc for catering to all needs. Definitely looking forward when we are @ Genting!

Perfect for a short or long stay in Genting, has everything you need including a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Easy to get in and out. Easy to arrange a shuttle up to the top of Genting. Everything we needed for a quick comfortable stay. We will definitely be back.

Very beautiful place surrounded by beautiful greenary and cold environment. View from balcony is the best.. Property is also well maintained with comfortable and cozy interiors. I had a great time along with my family. Genting theme park is just 5 km away from the place, Grab is the best option to reach any nearby destination. Must visit.

Highly recommend this guesthouse! It has a beautiful Japanese-style design, and the owner clearly put a lot of thought into the decor—every detail is tasteful, simple, and cozy. The space is huge! Our big family of 16 stayed here comfortably with plenty of room for everyone. It’s on a high floor with an amazing view—sunlight during the day and city lights at night made it super relaxing. Perfect for large families or group gatherings. We’d definitely love to come back again!

Wir haben uns bei Nat sehr wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere möchten wir die Hilfsbereitschaft und Warmherzigkeit des Hausmeisters hervorheben, welcher uns bei Anreise im Empfang genommen hat. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und hält alles notwendige für einen 2-3 tägigen Aufenthalt bereit. Es wäre praktisch, ein eigenes Mückennetz mitzubringen, da sich nachts in der offenen Unterkunft viele Insekten aufhalten. Darüber hinaus sollte betont werden, dass ein eigenes Transportmittel (Auto, Roller) von Vorteil ist, da die Unterkunft sehr abgelegen ist. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und sind sehr froh über den kurzen Ausflug in die schöne Natur!

I have a wonderful stay here. Comfortable house, clean, lots of room and placed to seat also. House also very beautiful. TV got netflix. Definitely will repeat in future 😊
