Family Holiday Home Near the Beach

Welcome to @templeandtide, a newly renovated coastal holiday home based in the beautiful seaside village of Castlerock, Northern Ireland. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by residential and holiday homes. A short 5 minute walk will take you from the front door to the beach, play park, tennis courts, Costcutter, coffee shops and train station, with links to Belfast and Londonderry. Large House, Stunning Views & Private Beach Access

Lady Margaret's is a mile North of the lovely village of Rathmullan, with direct access from the house down on to the stunning Kinnegar beach via a private garden path. Sharing a gate and driveway with our house, this large spacious house is very versatile & has great views over Lough Swilly. It is extremely well set up for all guests, but especially for families with young children/babies or bigger groups. Perfectly located for people attending events at Rathmullan House or Drumhalla House.

Stunning house, stunning sea views and gardens

An architecturally designed modern home on the Wild Atlantic Way, overlooking a wild bird sanctuary with an elevated bird hide at the bottom of the garden; binoculars and bird books in the library. The house is a short drive to Malinhead with its Northern Lights and its Star Wars' location and yet only 2 kms out from Malin Village. Two bicycles are provided, ridden at guests' own risk and the beautiful Five Fingers Strand is a short cycle or walk away. The hottub is also available for guests.

Why not experience the best of both worlds and take a 15 minute drive to find yourself in beautiful Donegal with it's breath taking scenery and beautiful beaches. Ebrington House is the perfect base for a city break by foot or a magical trip by car!

Ideally located a minutes walk to Buncrana’s shops, cafes and restaurants. A short stroll to the beach, kids play park, tennis courts, Swans park and local coastal walks. Buncrana’s 9 hole golf course and North West Golf Club are both located a few minutes drive. Ballyliffin Golf Club is a 15min drive. Malin Head, Derry, Letterkenny, and Glenveagh National Park are all within a 45 minute drive. Private off road parking. Sleeps up to 14 guests, 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. No parties/events

5-bedroom house with hot tub near Rathmullan beach

Newly renovated 5 bedroom house sleeping 11 people. The house is situated on the Wild Atlantic Way, just outside Rathmullan, recently named by the Guardian as one of Ireland’s ten most charming villages. In their words, “the village is the gateway to the beautiful east coast of the Fanad peninsula, one of the most northerly points in Ireland and home to some of its finest beaches along Ballymastocker Bay; and the ridged mountains offer spellbinding views across valleys, lakes and coast.”

Hannah's Thatched Cottage

Hannahs thatched cottage (pet friendly!) is one of the last remaining original thatched cottages in Inishowen. The cottage has recently and lovingly been restored to the highest standards. Hannahs is a perfect base for those who are looking for an adventure, surrounded by some of Irelands best hill walking trails, cleanest beaches and most breath-taking scenery. A 5-minute drive to numerous award-winning restaurants and cosy pubs and just a 10-minute walk to the village of Clonmany.

Drumkeen Cottage

Drumkeen Cottage is a light filled, cosy, semi detached house situated on the Derry/Donegal border. It is an ideal location to explore Derry City, the Causeway Coast and Donegal. Derry City has an array of tourist attractions, a good variety of shops and leisure facilities. The nearest beach Lisfannon is a 15 minute drive away. Wild Ireland is just 5 minutes away. A visit to Grianán of Aileach an ancient monument will not disappoint. The Cosh Bar and Grill is just around the corner.

SomeView

The first thing that any visitors say is ‘that’s someview’, hence we named it SomeView. Up to four guests plus a baby can relax in a beautiful scenic area. Standing 600 feet above sea level with approximately 20 Donegal mountains in view. We are set in a quiet country road with easy 10 minute access to City of Derry airport and the city centre. It’s also only a short distance to some of Walkni’s recommended short walks - Ness Park, Beechill Woodland, Muff Glen to name a few.

A large and unique beachfront house with spectacular views of Lough Foyle and steps from Magilligan Beach. Located beside the Point Bar and Restaurant, you can eat by the fireside while overlooking Inishowen in Donegal where Game of Thrones was filmed. If you are looking for a romantic getaway or somewhere you can relax and recharge, our property is ideal for you. We have breath taking views right from the doorstep, in a very scenic part of the countryside. We are just a short drive from Dunfanaghy with a number of beaches near by. Our private Hot Tub is included with unlimited use all year round to our guests. We have local recommendations in our guide book but we are available and happy to answer any queries you may have.
