This listing is available to couples and families, not suitable for groups of friends/parties. This modern apartment is south facing, so has sunlight streaming in all day long. Located downstairs, it has its own entrance via a front door. There is a large patio area that is lovely and warm on sunny days. Inside, there is a large smart television, extendable dining table and comfortable sofa. There is a full length mirror inside the large wardrobe which is perfect for those attending functions.

World famous Rossnowlagh Beach is a 25 metre stroll from your door. Our other 'surfers apartment' is on the ground floor below this apartment and also sleeps 4, larger groups may want to book out both apartments simultaneously.

The perfect place for a relaxing break. The balcony overlooking the spectacular views can be used for smoking. Apt is no 61 and not 53 as stated on address.

The apartment is attached to my home. It is situated on a hill overlooking the sea and valley below. Guests enjoy the amazing view and the peace and tranquility of the countryside. It has its own private entrance and ample parking. Weather permitting guests can sit outside and read, listen to the birds, enjoy the neighbours sheep, or take a peaceful walk.
