Conveniently located between Bryan/College Station and Lake Somerville. This gated property has it all. Room to park your boat, porch and barbecue grill will fill your appetite and a variety of yard games will entertain the family. Parking is located in the back off Logan Ave. No pets!

The space is freshly renovated & ready to host up to two guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field & a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are not allowed at The Cottage.
