Our Barndominium is located on a 5 acre lot, at the end of a quiet private drive on a cul-de-sac. Our Barndominium is a newly constructed 48' X 40' steel shed with a two story living quarters. The living quarters include a full kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom with private deck, bathroom with heated floor, living room area that currently has a bed situated in it, a screened in cedar porch and a lofted gaming deck. We are located one mile away from snowmobile trail and endless state land.

Bring your snowmobiles, ATVs and ice fishing gear as we are close to the Gandy Dancer Trails and our beautiful river flows to two lakes for great fishing - end at our bonfire pit to roast S'mores and swap stories!

This cabin has 130 feet of direct frontage on the Snake River. Wooded acreage gives you privacy and the up north feeling, yet is less than 1 hour from MPLS, and 10 minutes from historic Pine City, a great place for you to shop and grab a bite. You can use the kayaks or tubes to float down to the St. Croix, or hang a fishing line out and see what you catch! Message me for ideas! Have a large family?
