We booked three nights at the Pool House and it was amazing. We were greeted by Clare upon arrival and she gave us a lovely tour of the accommodation. The accommodation has a lovely kitchen and a beautiful area to relax upstairs. The bedroom is spacious with amazing views of the village. Finally the pool area was great to relax around during the day. The accommodation is roughly a 10 min drive to Sidmouth and 20 min to Beer and other beautiful beaches. We would highly recommend the Pool House and we can't wait to visit again!

This is our second time staying in this lovely caravan. It’s always pristine and lovely. I always felt like a home away from home there. The bedrooms are a good size and the extra full bathroom is a definite plus! I’d highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property in a lovely scenic country setting, but being only a few minutes drive from the beach. Great indoor pool and a lovely garden. Property a lovely mix of old world country cottage, but with all the mod cons needed for everyday life. Everyone loved the holiday, from young to old and enjoyed watching tv together with a real fire on chilly evenings. Loved Uplyme and Lyme Regis.

We had the most amazing stay at Hill MIll. The house stands in the most beautiful grounds and is the most peaceful and calm setting we've ever stayed in. When we first arrived we just stood outside admiring the surroundings for almost 20 minutes before we even stepped inside. We had everything we needed and more. Our grandsons ages 2, 4, 5, 12, & 13 loved it. The natural swimming pond was so refreshing for a morning dip it certainly woke us all up!! You could walk directly from the house into Branscombe and on route stop for a drink at the Masons Arms (a beautiful pub) and then continue to join the coastal path to Beer. We would love to return and bring some other friends with us as we haven't stopped talking about it since we got back. Thank you Ian for being such a responsive and helpful host. We had such a lovey long weekend at the farm house. The hosts were quick to respond to messages and check in was easy. The house is just like the photos, however they don’t do the garden justice! The house was equipped with all that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The garden is beautiful and the pool was amazing - heated to a comfortable 29• and in beautiful surroundings. My only suggestion would be a sign stating how deep the water is, however that did not distract from our enjoyment at all! We loved the table tennis table and brought our own garden games to play outside. We’d thoroughly recommend the house to families wanting an escape to the countryside.

Organised a stag do here for 13 of us, everyone loved it. The House was great, had everything we needed, so we didn’t have to leave the site for activities. We were lucky with the weather so basically stayed by the pool and jacuzzi all weekend and enjoyed the great views the property had to offer. Paul was a great host who was very helpful and was there to answer any questions straight away. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We’ve just returned from an amazing bank holiday weekend at Louise’s property, celebrating a joint 40th birthday with friends, and it couldn’t have been better. The weather was fantastic, so we spent most of our time enjoying the sunny garden and the pool, which was a huge hit with both kids and big kids! The pool was much larger than we expected and it was always the perfect temperature. We made great use of the BBQ and fire pit area, which was especially lovely at sunset. The house itself is beautiful. All the bedrooms are a great size and with stunning views, and the kitchen that had everything we needed and more. One afternoon, we walked across a couple of fields to The Blacksmith Arms pub, about 15 minutes away, and had a lush lunch. During the days, we watched birds in the garden, and at dusk, we were treated to the sight of bats swooping overhead. The kids also had a great time visiting the chickens. Thank you so much, Louise. We had a great time :-)

We had a lovely stay at Jonathans place. Very quiet and peaceful but great countryside around and lots to do with family within easy drive. The facilities were great and so nice to have access to the pool. Great place for a getaway with family.

The house was our home for a few days celebrating a 70th birthday. The glorious weather helped but the garden spaces with toys and sports equipment provided was great for young and old. Add in the hot tub, bbq and the ample fire pit for the cool evenings and everyone was happy. The house was spacious for 15 of us, with everything provided to cook up a storm and a games room offering a bit of friendly competition when it was needed. We had a great time.

Had a lovely stay in Endeavor. It was very clean and there were plenty of toys, games and DVDs to keep the children occupied and busy! Very cosy bedrooms and a lovely big garden too.

We were in Dorset for a large extended family get-together in a nearby village. Our own family group consisted of 6 adults and 3 children between 4 and 7 yrs old. The house is very light, bright and spacious and everyone could find space to escape the others when required! The kitchen was very well equipped. We had beautiful weather and were able to choose from several outdoor sitting areas - you can follow the sun around. There was plenty of room for parking. The children loved playing out in the extensive garden. The area generally is beautiful - very quiet at night. If you are looking for somewhere for a relaxing family holiday, I would recommend.

we loved our stay in Julie's cottage. it's a very comfortable and warm cottage, with everything you need for a relaxing stay in the heart of Wareham. The cottage is tucked away in a very peaceful and pretty street, but just a couple of minutes' walk from the Quay, shops and restaurants. The Italian Kitchen is particularly good. We were charmed by Wareham and this welcoming cottage. We'll be back!

Lovely homely place, a lot cosier than it looked in photos. We loved it and all the extras,cream tea, coffee,teas, cereal, bread, bacon and eggs . Wow Bathroom also had a lot of extras too. Few minutes from town and beach and shops and the parking is so useful. Thank you Tess x

Our stay at Little Winters was wonderful; we walked straight in and felt right at home. Our hosts had done everything in such a way to make us feel comfortable and the space was totally perfect for our family. The garden was so peaceful and overlooking the valley before us it was abundant with wildlife, such a joy. Having chicken and sheep next to the garden also added to the whole feeling of the place, homely, welcoming, warm. Just like home! Thanks for having us, we would recommend Little Winters for sure!

This is a lovely property with a huge amount of outdoor garden space. It has everything you need and is very close to Exeter City centre at the same time - you can get Deliveroo etc but you are essentially in the countryside overlooking lovely fields. Also great for M5 stop off. Gary kindly had lots of toys and books in the property for out two year old, a travel cot, high chair (etc). There's a spiral staircase so just be aware in terms of mobility and keeping an eye on the little ones! The hot tub was amazing.

Fantastic location and a beautiful house. Carole’s instructions were excellent and apart from the parking being quite a squeeze, the rest of the property was wonderful. We enjoyed lovely walks around the house, fish and chips on the beach and a lovely drink in The Cove pub. We took a boat from Portland Marina to Weymouth on one of our trips and this was well worth it. So much to do nearby and the house itself was a lovely home from home. We highly recommend.

Mark has a lovely place and we settled in nicely. It was easy to communicate with mark and we enjoyed his place. Also ideal if you are two couples for example as each room was self contained. There is also use of a garden. Thank you

Our family had a fantastic time staying at David and Susan’s lovely home in Holcombe. The spacious living area and incredible garden were perfect for us. We loved the house's location and even discovered a hidden gem - a secluded beach! We would definitely stay here again.
