The Barn is a converted donkey stable, with traditional lime plaster walls and upcycled timber giving it a rustic feel. It has its own slipway, providing direct access to the estuary for beach walks and launching small boats, canoes and paddleboards . The cottage has been recently restored and furnished to a very high standard. It has a new kitchen and new bathrooms, full central heating and a wood-burning stove.

Wildlife frequents our front door, we have a daily visit from a hungry Woodpecker! . You'll find wonderful views from the rear windows, reaching out towards the Marina and beyond. The 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coastal Path route goes directly past the front door. Perfectly situated for a calm, peaceful coastal escape.

Central location for the whole of Pembrokeshire, beaches, cliff walks and hills only 25 mins. Our estuary great for birdwatching. This is the self contained annex to my home, but very private and quiet. Full kitchen. Double bed, washer and dryer. Garden with seating. Table for working with good wi fi. Books and boardgames. You can also easily access the north of the country. No smokers or smoking please. We are on the edge of the village which has a good shop.
